I poop first thing every morning. When having to change at work or elsewhere I do it staring up. A wet diaper takes me 5 minutes to change in the ordinary restroom. Easy done...

Hmmm. I wear Abena M4 24/7. Under suite and shirt for work and ever were else I go.

I always mess first time after waking up. On weekdays I wake up 645, mess, eat breakfast and get work close ready. Than at 730 I hit the shower and clear up, get diapered and dressed and leave for the office. If it's me taking care of the kid I changed before walking him up.On weekends I stay in it until it is full and HAS to be changed...

I wear Abena Abri Form Premium Airplus 4, Cotton-Feel under my underwear 24/7. Underwear is to hold it better in place. I use 3 to 4 a day.

I wear Tena Slip Active-Fit Maxi 24/7. Sometimes an M4 but do like the tighter fit of the Tena Slip Active-Fit Maxi. The fit under work clothes as well as night use.

I poop in my diaper every morning; than change and get ready for work in a new Tena Slip Active-Fit Maxi, Plastic Backed. In the weekends I usually wear Abena Abri Form X-plus, Plastic Backed. However, during weekend I stay in my morning diaper as long as possible. I never get rashes or that sort..
