  1. Right now I'm wearing an A+ level 4 and I'm pretty impressed. It's the only diaper I've felt comfortable wetting while lying in bed. I stayed up late drinking and playing Xbox while wearing one. I did my best but it wouldn't leak. Even after about 5 heavy wettings and then waking up to wet again after I went to bed. It swelled quite a bit but I was still able to sit down without it leaking.
  2. So far I've tried almost every heavy absorbancy diaper and the a abena m4 stands out. I get xl, the quality and fit is awesome and it holds more than some more absorbant diapers. The tape stays in place and will not come off so make sure you fasten it where you want it because you can tear it trying to pull it off
  3. I would use an old pair of underwear as the framing, line it with a whole bunch of paper towels and use a plastic bag for the backing. I would then get another pair of underwear and put it over the top to hold it all in place. Worked pretty well. Then around 16, I bought my first bag of depends. When I wore and then used that first diaper, I nearly passed out from excitement
  4. I just got some A+ from XP medical and while they have some small flaws, they hold a ton, swell like crazy and they're the first diaper I've been able to lye down while wetting and not leak. They're also reasonably priced
  5. After a few years as a teenager using massive amounts of toilet paper to simulate the absorption of a diaper, I finally got the nerve to go to Walgreen and buy some. When I put one on and used it, my legs began shaking because I was so excited. Since discovering Internet diapers, I've tryed almost every heavy duty one offered. Next up...dry 24/7
