Sam sobbed louder, opening his eyes with a sniffle.

Sam slept soundly until about three am, whimpering from a nightmare.

"Otay De,"Sam mumbled and snuggled close to his older brother to fall asleep, sucking on the paci heavily.

Sam wet the diaper a little with a small whimper.

Sam shakily took the medicine and snuggled back up to Dean, squirming softly.

"Tummy huwts,"Sam sobbed.

"B-but,"Sam whimpered, his eyes teary.

Sam shook his head with a small whine and nuzzled closer to Dean, trying to push the bottle away.

Sam curled up on his side with a sniffle, snuggling a pillow to his chest since he didn't have a stuffed animal.

"Fank yew De,"Sam yawned softly with a few coughs, nuzzling close to his older brother.

Sam shivered softly, and scooted close to Dean once he was dressed.

"I don' feew good,"Sam whimpered softly as he flopped back on the bed.

Sam took his shower with a deep yawn before he took the potion, brushing his teeth quickly before he headed into the bedroom with a small sigh.

Sam sighed as he got back to the hotel he and Dean were staying at, still fiddling with the potion he'd bought from the alchemy shop they had to visit while trying to figure out what was going on with a coven of witches.
