    Eir

    Had a headache for most of the day. Nothing helped, Ibuprofin didn't help, coffee didn't help. I do not get headaches too often, what gives?

      I was told by my doctor to stretch out my neck daily. Roll your head around but stop every so often and count to 10. I do this just about every day now I don't get many headaches.
