thank you all so much - all advice greatfully received! Unfortunately, tuesday night, I was punished for something I had done and part of the punishment was to wear a nappy, I was tied hands and feet, face down and told i had 10 minutes to wee - if i didnt i was going to get caned - needless to say i was caned (and then some!!) I am not able to pee on demand, especially in those circumstances!! I am going to get some nappies and practice at home - he will never know!!

thank you both! Diaper star - he let me off the first time at 4am because i needed to go to work the next day!! since then he has made me wait for hours and it was agony!! Bedwetter, I did think about that - perhaps I should practise at home!! subjen x

Hi all, Huge apologies if this is covered somewhere else, I have been reading posts and threads but havent found anything that helps. I am new to this site, I am a 43 yr woman in a D/S relationship. My Dom regularly puts a diaper on me - he tells me I have to relieve myself before it can be removed. I have never been able to! So I am punished quite severely each time. PLEASE can someone give me some pointers on how to allow myself to let go and wee in the diaper? I have tried everything I can think of, from drinking litres of water, walking around, relaxations, squatting (I am not permitted to sit on the toilet with a diaper on) Many thanks, in advance Subjen
