  1. Yep, and I appreciate it Dougie. I was actually hoping to get a response from Mike, to see if he had a recommendation for how each customer should proceed.
  2. So what is the process if you have purchased some and are experiencing a problem? File an issue with customer support via the website? Contact someone in particular via e-mail? Do we need to include the lot number or any other information? Thanks.
  3. I used to use a zippered leather book cover in college. I could throw it in my backpack with my textbooks and then grab it on my way to the restroom. http://amzn.com/0310810345 Because you can't actually use the name of the company without it going nuts
  4. Well, here is what I am experiencing. There is a strip of hook material, approximately 1/2 inch wide, at the end of the tab (right behind the green portion of the tab that makes it easy to grab). This strip of hook material is glued to the tab. It is the adhesive that is holding the strip of hook material to the tab that is failing. The first two diapers that I sampled from Provider's Choice had a blue liner and worked fantastic. Everyone had raved about how well the tabs held so I used them when I would be very active and they held amazingly well, even after refastening them more than once. I ordered a case when the mediums came back in stock and the new diapers have a white liner, and the hook strip on the tab is having the issue I describe above. I'm having good luck reinforcing them with staples as I indicated in a previous post, but I am really hoping that the problem will be fixed before I need to order more. The next time I am going to be around the house for an extended time I will wear one without reinforcing it to get pictures of the failure. In the meantime I would expect that you could get one to fail without too much difficulty just by fastening one and putting some stress on the tabs.
  5. Well, I told myself that if this came up I would (finally) register and chime in. So, I'm having the same problem as Backindiapers, which is a little annoying, but I largely fixed it by using a stapler to mechanically fasten the velcro portion to the tab. The tab material is more than strong enough and I was able to rescue a failing diaper that way. The first time I only used one staple per tab and one almost gave way so I'm thinking I will try two staples per tab next time. Anyway, just thought I would share. Oh, and these are the new batch of mediums that were out of stock for a while. Reactivating lurker cloak in 3...2...1...
