    Shapewear works fine, I wear attends briefs. They fit high on the waist. Then plastic or rubber panties whenever I go out. If I make a mess, I have a little more diaper there to catch things. I don't wear a real tight girdle, with a 18 in. waist, I don't find many tight girdles.
