  1. So I stopped into my local savers a few days ago, that from time to time has various adult diapers in stock, this time not too much in way of disposables but after digging through the bins and under some cheap xtrasmall briefs I find a pile of about 20 terry lined diaper covers in various sizes, they were marked for only $1.99!!! I find a couple packs marked large and open one up to hold up to my waist and to my surprise the look like they'll fit but snuggly. So I grab a 2 pairs and head to the register, best $4 I've ever spent on diapers! They are a bit too small to use as diaper covers but should work well as fixing pants for some abena x-plus pads or as a pair of training pants for when I need to be a big boy for a bit. Anyone else have some good thrift store finds?

  2. A question for all of you 24/7 wearers out there. How many diapers do you go through in a day? and what brand? wet and mess? I'm looking to go 24/7 for a week near the end of the year and was curious as to how many diapers I'm going to need. I only wet and I go through around 3-4 a day of good quality diapers or about 6-8 of cheaper brands doubled up.

    Thanks for any feedback.

  3. Also I'm doubled up in these so they could also just not be wicking fast enough. So far I've just slowed down and I feel like the capacity has gone up because I give them a breather and they have a chance to distribute the wetness evenly.

  4. I've been wearing on and off whenever I can tried a few different diapers over the years too. Anyways this week has been the first time I've finally decided to wear at all times except for work. I've been wearing CVS maximum absorbency diapers for the time being and I've been having an issue I've never had during casual wearing. When I've been wetting and laying down the pee has been coming up the side and leaking out near the the tapes. Have I been taping them too tight or wearing them to high? Any help would be awesome!

  5. The biggest problem is that I ordered and xl, their largest size, as both my hips and waist are with in the measurements. Although I do have large thighs which eats away at the other measurements. I think stretchy tapes would be the best solution to this problem. Now for my review of the doubled up monster. I was time crunched so I measured out water to fill it up since it would taken me well atleast 2 days for me to fill it. I managed to get the diaper to take an astonishing 140 oz of water before I got a little bit of a dribble leak in the usual area. I had to stop at this point because it had swelled so much I was forced to crawl and when I took it off, although I did not weigh it, it had to have weighed close to 15 lbs. Also I had virtually no press out so I think these could have held another small wetting.

  6. Got them today, but I'm very disappointed. They are great diapers, super thick, unlike anything i've tried before. However they barely can tape up because the landing zone does not wrap completely across the front panel! The first pair i tried on i ripped a tape. the second pair i stretched out the back panel a bit to give the tapes some extra length and they just barely fit. So since the previous pairs tape broke I decided to cut the wings off and use it as a stuffer. I am now wearing a doubled up Active Ultra and can barely walk because of the bulk. I've wet once so far which was a medium sized wetting and these things just soaked it up a I still feel as dry as when I put them on. They would be the perfect diaper for me if the either had a landing zone across the ENTIRE front panel or regular tapes. I'll post up another review after I've tried to get this doubled up monstrosity to it's limit.
