  1. Now, I don't mean to be the whole "Switch to Christianity" guy here, but Isn't this the way god wanted it to be? I mean. If God wanted us to hold our bladders, we would have a specific function for that. Right? It's justmy belief. Agree or Disagee?

Say What!? What does God have to do with diapers? It looks like you're searching for some correlation between the two when there really isn't one.

  2. One of the ones that bothered me the most was the guy in the video at 1:05. His use of the word "appearently" sounds to me like he doesn't think it is a big deal or something for which he should be in trouble. :badmood:

  3. All I'm sayin' is pick your battles. Its enough fighting the ones that are necessary. Honestly 88 what was the point of taking a few people talking about having a good time and associating it with columbine if not to stir trouble? >>

Honestly my first post was more of a pointing out that it happened on the same day just so people wouldn't forget that either, nothing more nothing less. Many times my posts start with simply pointing something out and it just seems to escalate. While yes, I am not a fan of drugs because I have had to family members ruin their lives because of them, one is still in jail but that is neither here nor there; I'm really more of a live and let live type of person.

While some of my inital language (starting with the 2nd post) was inflammatory, it takes "2 to tango." I used to live in CO. for a short time and the event really shook me to the core. When it seems like someone is trying to marginalize an event that had a massive effect across the country, it just doesn't sit right because of the fact that innocent kids lost their lives one day in school. You can sit around trying to rationalize who was at fault for the whole thing, the parents, the educators, the two themselves, but at the end of the day, we need to remember what happened so we can prevent it from happening again.

The point of everything is this: Do what you want on 4/20, even though I strongly disagree with it, just remember what else happened on 4/20

  4. but yeah so i know of pokemon cause the kids i nannied for had the pokemon snap game for one of the video game consols and i loved playing it when they went to bed, but i thought it was just based off the cartoon!!!

N64! I loved that game and even entered a contest once, I spent HOURS trying to get amazing pictures which did pay off. I didn't win anything though which I thought was bull at the time haha!

  5. I love flying while diapered! I don't know why, maybe it's because I dive more into the "need to wear" versus the "want to wear" mindset. Anyway one time, while going through security diapered, I was asked by a security guy on the other side of the X-ray machine asked if the carry-on bag (with 2 spare diapers inside) was mine and he gave me a puzzled look. I got through with no problem of course but that has been the only time I have ever encountered any sort of question about a diaper.

  6. Go [bleep] yourself.

This is why it isn't even worth the time on my part to bother with this banter anymore. Thanks for validity my argument.

Kuroi, your post reminded me of this, see if you can guess the band with out google :P :

Fuckin and fighting it's all the same

Livin' with Louie dog's the only way to stay sane

  7. Very neat post Repaid!

I'm seriously considering going into Marines as 0916 then into 0917. That is honestly the biggest thing in which I am interested. I would enjoy 0317 but training for that is so TOUGH it isn't funny.

I don't really want to say what he did for exposure reasons, but my Dad did some pretty cool stuff during the Cold War over the (then) USSR.

  8. Oh snap! You brought up a source from the American Council for Drug Education! It must be a really good source because it has the word "America" in it. I was totally schooled there.

No sources are mentioned. Maybe I should start an organization like the American Association Against Smartasses and describe in great detail on how pompous you're sounding -- and hope that people believe me -- but then I'd look foolish for not backing any of it up. If we were having this discussion in the late 1990s, I could have set up a cheesy-looking web page on AOL with anti-drug rhetoric that sounds scientific, but that doesn't mean a damn thing unless I cite my sources or provide footnotes. If you want a debate, cite actual studies and data that correlates with your point of view and maybe I won't give you that half-baked WikiAnswers link that I thought you deserved.

Also, I brought up St. Patrick's Day simply because people celebrate that day just like people celebrate 4/20. Very simple criteria for comparison. People associate St. Patrick's Day with drinking, hence the seemingly endless beer commercials that run on TV before and during the holiday. Alcohol was once considered illegal and illicit in our society at one point and you know what? Now, it's illegal to drink it until you turn 21 in the United States, but don't tell me you haven't had a drink of alcohol until you turned 21, Mr. Morality. Many kids like you have had alcohol before turning 21, but I haven't seen you wag your finger at them.

And... I thought your signature was very telling. While "stoner kids" celebrate 4/20 -- which, coincidentally, falls on the same day as Adolf Hitler's birthday -- you celebrate this idea that you're a "Grammar Nazi" and I couldn't care less if it's an Internet meme or not. If you're going to refer to yourself as any kind of "nazi," be prepared to take some shots. I'm sure you don't believe in the mass eradication of the Jewish people. You don't strike me as the kind of person that would, but even associating yourself with the word "nazi" is questionable. You don't see any stoners going around and saying, "Go Columbine!" and taking a bong hit as a nod to Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold (which you appear to imply, not sure), but on the day that you're criticizing people for celebrating something that's illegal and "illicit" (in your opinion), you have a signature that says you're a proud "Grammar Nazi" on the very same day that birthed a man, the leader of the Nazi party, who committed unspeakable, catastrophic atrocities that actually happened and they're not subject to opinion on whether they were "illegal and illicit" or not.

Even though I have a Jewish heritage, I've taken a look at your sig and thought, "Whatever. A lot of people refer to themselves as grammar nazis," but at the same time, you ought to know the context so that someone like me doesn't have to spell it out for you like a Jewish psychologist trying to talk sense to Mel Gibson.

On a personal note, I find your bragging of being recognized by senators and governors for personal achievements and non-profit volunteer work on a site about adult babies and diaper lovers to be outrageously funny and sad. If you've really accomplished all of that, you would not use that as a tool to anonymously elevate your self-importance. That's just wrong... like Shamwow and Teletubbies.

Happy 4/20 to you too. Peace.

I can only assume that, because of the quickly and gradually growing number of personal insults in your replies, I am getting under your skin, it's just too bad that what I am posting, besides the opinion stuff, is fact.

Oh snap! You brought up a source from the American Council for Drug Education! It must be a really good source because it has the word "America" in it. I was totally schooled there.

Sigh, I guess I can't expect anything better from someone who thinks a decent source is an "ask wiki" page.

No sources are mentioned. I cite my sources or provide footnotes.

This is all I am addressing from that paragraph because frankly, the rest of it was a poor attempt at an insult and isn't deserving of being responded to, I'll simply rise above it. Ok you'd like more?

    http://www.drugabuse.gov/Infofacts/marijuana.html

That is from the National Institutes of Health which, in the words of Eazy-E, is straight out of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. (You like what I did there with the Eazy-E reference from the Straight Outta Compton Album but it was for the U.S. Agency? :D)

    http://www.ukcia.org/research/EffectsOfMarijuanaOnLungAndImmuneDefenses.php

Now that is actually on a site that is pro-legalization in the U.K.. You see I couldn't find any other listing of this because both the Harvard and University of Indiana removed it from their online reading material.

That should be sufficient enough for you Rocker.

Many kids like you have had alcohol before turning 21, but I haven't seen you wag your finger at them.

Actually when my family and I celebrate St. Pat's day we think of the true meaning. You know that story about how he drove all of the snakes from Ireland? You see that is actually using personification to represent the conversion of the people from the prior belief of Celtic polytheism, to Roman Catholicism. Believe it or not, most true Irish actually celebrate the holiday because of that reason, the whole drinking culture that surrounds stems from non-Irish protestants participating in the celebration which came after a very long time of an anti-Irish culture in the U.S.. In case you are interested, no, I never had a drink before I turned 21; however, last St. Pat's Day, I was completely smashed  .

Many kids do drink underage, however, I more blame both the parents and/or the person(s) who either gave it or bought it for the underage kids. I also believe they need to be punished to the fullest extent of the law even if it is a parent.

And... I thought your signature was very telling. While "stoner kids" celebrate 4/20 -- which, coincidentally

Blah, blah, blah, again, more frivolous banter that, however, must be addressed. At NO point did I "celebrate" anything the Nazi's did nor do I care that you are of "Jewish Hertiage." Honestly, I could not care any less that you are of Jewish Decent. The fact that you are specifically making a pathetic attempt to belittle me because of a signature, is for lack of a better term, pathetic. Your logic is about as sound as, "oh noes he has rocker in his and and dirty so he must run around in mud and then play a guitar!" Yet I would look like a complete fool and an idiot if I went around making a statement any where close to that wouldn't I? If you've actually read any of my posts I have said I do not even consider myself a "Grammar Nazi" or even part of the "Grammar Police," I consider myself more of the "Grammar Citizen Patrol." Guess what the 88 in my name stands for, my birth year, go read into that why don't you, seriously go for it, you might get just as far as this argument and I'm sure it'll be just as mediocre as this one, at best.

The rest of everything you've written is just as pointless and pathetic as your entire post. The reason I stated those about myself was due to the fact that you are calling into question my morality. You see, those are recognitions by others in the community of me exercising my morals; therefore, they were certainly appropriate. The only other conclusion is maybe you are speaking negativly about the entire AB/DL community proclaiming this community is a complete moral vacuum? Just stop, to continue is a waste of time on your part.

I leave you with a few tactics you have shown on here straight from Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals.

    Section 7: Tactics

    4. "Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules. You can kill them with this, for they can no more obey their own rules than the Christian church can live up to Christianity."

    5. "Ridicule is man's most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counteract ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage."

    13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it. In conflict tactics there are certain rules that [should be regarded] as universalities. One is that the opposition must be singled out as the target and 'frozen.' "...any target can always say, 'Why do you center on me when there are others to blame as well?' When your 'freeze the target,' you disregard these [rational but distracting] arguments.... Then, as you zero in and freeze your target and carry out your attack, all the 'others' come out of the woodwork very soon. They become visible by their support of the target...'

As us terrible horrible Catholics say:

Peace be with you my friend

  9. I got to agree with the others, it is their move now. I honestly wouldn't worry about it too much, because as far as they are concerned, maybe you issues at night. I have found in general when it comes to something like that, guys are probably more easy going so I'm placing my bet on nothing will come to fruition.

  10. Neither does marijuana.

    http://www.acde.org/common/Marijana.htm

(That's the American Council for Drug Education)

Next time make a better reference than:

    [url="http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Can_marijuana_cause_hallucinations"]Neither does marijuana.[/url

    Too easy.

A celebration is a celebration whether or not you find it to be a "poor excuse for an attempt at a counter-culture holiday where [...] people break the law and be even more useless." That's your opinion.

You're right on one thing, that IS my opinion; however, it does not change the fact that it is not an internationally recognized holiday celebrated by "millions."

    *Golf clap for recognizing opinion*

I know about St. Pat's day. Thanks for telling me something I already know.

Really? Then next time don't make the comparison. Again, too easy.

By having that signature included in every post you make, you're celebrating the fact that you're a "Grammar Nazi" and you have this nicely modified swastika to show your pride.

You know, Nazis were responsible for the genocide of about six million European Jews during World War II and they also put about ten million more in forced labor. Surely you're not advocating the "Final Solution" for Jews and other religious/ethnic groups, right? Oh, I get it! You're just telling people that you hate bad grammar and you will act like a "Nazi" in order to correct it. That's really tasteful, right?

What was the point of this? This has been around on the internet for a LONG time. This was a completely pathetic last ditch attempt to quell my next set of arguements. It is a joke; something created on the internet to represent people who, upon confronting terrible lingo, cringe at the very fact that there is an obvious and appearent degradation of the English language.

    Pathetic.

Listen kid, you should let those "stoner kids" enjoy their 4/20 because complaining about it only makes you look extremely hypocritical.

    Kid? Get over yourself. :roflmao::roflmao:

    hyp·o·crite

    noun

1.a person who pretends to have virtues, moral or religious beliefs, principles, etc., that he or she does not actually possess, esp. a person whose actions belie stated beliefs.

2.a person who feigns some desirable or publicly approved attitude, esp. one whose private life, opinions, or statements belie his or her public statements.

So if by not using illegal substances, having a very moral code to the point where they have been congratulated by Senators and Governors for their personal achievements and non-profit volunteer work, and is constantly making statements about and living by their personal beliefs is a hypocrite, then yes, I am the most massive hypocrite on DD.

    Again Rocker, pathetic.

  11. actually absinthe, an alcohol legal in many countries countains the hallucinagenic wormwood... hence some alcohol DOES cause hallucinations, and i've been stoned countless times in my life and never hallucinated..

    First: Absinthe is a spirit.

    Second: No

    http://www.substanceabusepolicy.com/content/1/1/14

actually many prescription drugs out there cause worse hallucinations than marijuana..... but we dont say ohhh dont take that quit smoking pill..

    Keyword: prescription

    -Regulated by the USFDA

    -Black Box Warning

    Definition:

A prescription drug is a licensed medicine that is regulated by legislation to require a prescription before it can be obtained. The term is used to distinguish it from over-the-counter drugs which can be obtained without a prescription.

    Medical Dictionary

    prescription drug definition

    Function: n

: a drug that can be obtained only by means of a physician's prescription

I don't smoke but I don't think it should be a crime either. DD is made up of many people from various backgrounds and nothing wrong with 420ers observing a day on a calender. This is the supposed uncensored area of the board.

    http://www.justice.gov/dea/concern/marijuana.html

I think DD takes a stance against criminal activity, or maybe that's just me.

  12. Wow... That's cheap... Around here, you can't get into a movie for less than $30... And another $20-30, if you want something to eat and drink...

    O.o

What ever happened to the days when a movie was 5$! They have one near here but even where I used to live they had a 1.50$ theater. These ticket prices combined with 4.50$ for a drink are just outrageous.

  13. Are you seriously comparing The Columbine Massacre to a day when millions of people across the western world get high for the sake of getting high?

Cause if you are, that is seriously fucked up.

I was not comparing anything to anyone, I was pointing out how retarded it is for people to celebrate made up drug culture bullshit on a day when we should be remembering the deaths of kids.

I wouldn't say "millions across the world" considering it is an American thing. ^_^

From 1920-1933, alcohol was illegal. Now it's legal. When people think of drinking alcohol on a certain holiday, they think of St. Patrick's Day. You know what other things happened on that day?

2004 – More than 22 are killed and 200 wounded in Kosovo.

2000 – More than 800 members of the Ugandan cult Movement for the Restoration of the Ten Commandments of God die in what is considered to be a mass murder and suicide orchestrated by leaders of the cult.

1988 – A Colombian Boeing 727 jetliner, Avianca Flight 410, crashes into a mountainside near the Venezuelan border killing 143.

    Source: Wikipedia

Yes, bad things happen on days of celebration.

Yes, St. Patrick's Day was celebrated between 1920 and 1933 when alcohol was illegal in our country.

No, you're not the judge of what people can and cannot celebrate.

There is a couple big of fallacies in your arguement, the main one is ALCOHOL DOESN'T MAKE YOU HALLUCINATE!

The other problem is St. Pat's day is an Irish thing and is only celebrated here because of the massive amount of Irish in the U.S.. Maybe read up on what St. Pat's day is before you compare a holiday that actually does mean a lot to millions before comparing it to that poor excuse for an attempt at a counter-culture holiday where more people can gather, break the law, and be even more useless.

St. Pat's day began as an official celebration back in 1600, Christmas has been around since for... see where I am going? The concept of 4/20 was for a bunch of kids in California to meet after school to smoke together at 4:20. They [Christmas and St. Pat's] are on a whole other tier of importance than this half-hacked excuse for doing drugs.

  14. You got ripped off.

No that's just how much I spent on the machine including continuations, I'd NEVER spend that much just for 1 game!

It's impossible to pass the machine and not play

  15. Point taken, but people don't celebrate Christmas because of the underwear bomber.

Are you seriously comparing someone who tried to kill innocent people on Christmas Day, a holiday recognized across the world, to some made up bull excuse for a bunch of people to use illegal drugs? Last time I checked, Columbine wasn't made up by a bunch of stoners.
