1. I believe e-mailing the stories can have them get put on the story section of the website (not the story section of the forum) and that is entirely up to you if you want to do it. You can, of course, just click to start a new topic and post away on the forum.
2. The only real hard and fast rule with story content is to not include any sexual content involving minors. Perhaps if something is too extreme in content it will be moderated (we're talking really shock level stuff) but general sexual acts are fine, stories where diapers aren't the main focus are fine.
3. For categorising stories there is an option when you start the thread to add tags. You can use these tags to put markers about wht your story will contain.
4. I think non-diaper messing content is fine. You might want to say before it starts that the story won't be primarily diaper focused if that's the case just for the convenience of readers but there would be no obligation to do that
