I am following your stent design and I am going to give it a try...

How do you go about removing any burrs from the hole made in the 4mm metal tubing to prevent abrasion of the retrieval lines?

I tested both monofilament and Spiderwire fishing line for loss of strength after autoclaving. They both lost about 50% of the original tensile strength. I am going to try dental floss next.
