I love being a bedwetter but sometimes, especially in the summer, I miss being able to sleep naked.

I've never thought about checking, but it was never great and it's diminishing fast. I guess that's all I need to know lol.

Congratulations! It's a wonderful feeling knowing that you need to wear to bed because you'll almost certainly wet yourself without knowing.

I trained myself to become a bedwetter and the loss of control causes simultaneous feelings of joy and vulnerability.

What I did was just wet my diaper when I would wake up and go back to sleep. Eventually I started sleeping through the wettings.

Permanent and irreversible so I have no choice left except to use diapers. Then I no longer have to think about losing or regaining control, I'll have no choice but to accept, move on, and free my brain up to think about other things.

Definitely the 3rd option. Quick so I don't have a chance to second guess myself and being permanent I just have to accept it after and move on with life.

Have fantasized about it since I was a child. I used to stuff my underwear with paper towels to pretend that I was wearing a diaper. In my 20s I started buying diapers and wearing then but didn't start seriously untraining until my 30s.

I just started wearing diapers to bed every night. When I woke up needing to pee I would just go as soon as I was aware in what ever position I was in and go back to sleep like nothing happened, even if I leaked. Over time it just became easier to do until one day I woke up in the morning wet with no memory of going.

I think with wearing a diaper for bladder incontinence you'll inevitably end up in situations where it's just not practical to remove it for #2 and you'll just continue to get more and more comfortable with it leading to slips of control.

1. First, let’s decide the severity for urinary incontinence:
- Severe / Total incontinence
2. Next determine the primary type of urinary incontinence:
- Nonstop Leaky faucet
3 Very good! How much awareness do you want to have?
- Vague awareness.
4. What about nights?
- Heavy wetting with infrequent pee dreams.
5. Do you want your incontinence to be reversible or permanent?
- Permanent
6. Do you wish to have bowel incontinence as well?
- Mild/ occasional bowel incontinence
7. Finally, would you like to add toilet confusion, thus impossible to use a toilet?
- No

I only care about capacity for bed now. For during the day wearing I've learned that needing more frequent changes is a small price to pay for better comfort and discretion.
