I feel like this describes me well. There are times where I just leak a little and others more as well as OAB. Sometimes when I wake up to go to the restroom I have an accident. I go between pads and pull-ups. I feel most comfortable in pull-ups during the day and cloth training pants at night.

This is how it started for me. At first it was PMD then leaking when I have to really go, now  I slowly leak through the day. If I take Cialis I can get away with a pad during the day but eventually I get leg pains from it. Without I’m going through 2-3 pull-ups a day. I’ve had a few nights of full on besetting lately so I may have to upgrade protection at night. I really wouldn’t wish this on anyone.

My prostate issues started a year ago. My penis has shrunk almost an inch when erect, which doesn't happen much. I was 5 inches and now I'm just over 4. The wife has noticed too.

I have OAB due to BPH. Also my bladder has hardened. It all started with pads 9 months ago and now I wear pull ups and Tena Flex Maxi
