Hey Kari. Do you know what they call a person who casually insults everybody who disagrees with them or finds fault in something they say? There are LOTS of words for that, but one of them was just used in a VERY ironic sense! Can you guess which one? Let's try to keep it civil. There's no reason why this discussion needs to descend to swearing or abuse. I don't personally think there's a need to put you in your place. I see simple facts: 1. You purchased from a company that has very well-documented cases of telling outright lies concerning their products, sock-puppeting on forums, and generally working under the assumption that their customer base does not need to be treated as anything more than gullible and expendable and without an attention span. 2. You had an issue with their product, a product which is well-documented as representing ties by that company to less savory things. 3. You were surprised when a shady company with a shady product turned out to be, um, shady. Honestly, the biggest surprise here, again, is that ABU even had a real person in that live chat, as opposed to outsourcing it to a pennies-per-chat other organization with canned answers. Considering their history, it's a wonder they spend any time paying attention to their customer base at all, much moreso on a personal level. Yes, though, I do think you had valid reason to be annoyed. I just wish you had read the wealth of information and documentation of that company treating their customers like dirt and avoided the whole situation.

lol Although i agree that ABU Fabine and probably the BMX as well pretty much sucks i think this conversation you had shows quite clearly that you overreacted ... you technically started to complain about the BMX and kept poking at it. She was neutral and only replied to the complaints you were giving her. After all she can't stay there all day hearing you b*tch about a product when she got the point 5 minutes ago. Also she told you that the product would be discontinued so your point, although important, was essentially moot and somewhat irritating for the other person having to hear it. Classic case of, "I'm the customer so you have to stand there and hear me whine all day lololol". Necros!

I hope Bambino has an After Christmas sale or something like they did for Cyber Monday...that would be nice!

I have a device I bought on qvc called a click free, every once and a while I plug it into my computer and let it update the new things I have saved. When I get a new computer I just use the image of my old machine for the new one, it's just more or less a external hard drive but it does work well and saved my butt a few times. What I do with the windows update is pick all the small updates and run them as a group, restart then add the larger updates in groups so it doesn't overwhelm the machine, it works pretty well but takes about the same amount of time. I was looking at a Vaio it might be my escape from HP land the next time I want a new machine.

Yawn..... this has been obvious since the very first week of ABU's existence. Granted I have and more than likely buy from them again. but ABU is known for their look not performance. And I will hold on to the last pack of BMX's as they might sell like the Fabines on Ebay one day.

ok so first of meeting people is so hard b/c 1st of most people just wanna say that they want to get together but would rather whine and complain that they cant find ne1 near them and that they are all alone. u cant just go out and say "hey im lookin for some people to meet" it doesnt work like that. u need to personally go through profiles and get other ways of communication. as many ways as possible like yahoo and what not. yes there are crazy ABs and DLs out there that set their main focus on diapers b/c they feel alone but u have to talk a lot b4 deciding to meet ne1 dont just jump out there to find u have nothing in common. i sadly went to an "ab/dl munch" in jacksonville just to find out that it was people a lot older than i and talked about their other fetishs like sissification and how "back in my day all we had was cloth diapers". on the other side ive met many other people in the community and one of my best friends who i consider a brother are looking to room together and find a mommy and daddy to take care of us. neway back to my rant. ive also met a gay DL that was into me which was kinda odd but still a cool guy. u also have to recongnize that there is usually a big difference between the DL who just wants to wear diapers and is lookin for someone to wear them with and just and out and the ABs who feel the need and want to b treated like a baby so yes they will want to ingadge in the lifestyle when they meet someone who knows about it. combining the terms AB and DL imo wasnt the best idea. diapers are the only thing that they share in common and most of the time ppl from both sides dont really see eye to eye. i am tryin to get the community started in my area but it is hard as i said b4 most ppl are content on staying bhind their computers and not showing their faces. i am free to talk to ne1 that might wanna get together in Jacksonville Florida i have many other interests but i am a AB and would love to meet mommys/daddys/babies but DL are also cool to meet with and hang with in diapers. yahoo IM is zacclance give me a shout.
