Francine began to massage the diaper, even teasing a bit by pulling at the elastic waistband and poking her fingers in. Not enough to get her hands dirty, but enough to show the girl that she was prepared to do anything the little girl wanted. She knew the girl wasn't going to be able to tell her exactly what she wanted- she was just a little baby at heart- but she still had her own wants! She nuzzled against the diaper and sighed happily, feeling better than she ever had. 

“What…?” Katherine asked, feeling as if this offer was too good to be true. What was the catch! Surely, you’d think she’d understand what was being said, especially after what she went through last night. But she was just that much of an idiot to have forgotten all about that after thinking she was fired.

Thoroughly aroused by this point, especially after seeing a sight such as her sitting on Francine’s face with her poopy diaper, she moaned loudly. Not long after, she moved Francine’s hands on top of her diaper to do what she wished with it. Dahlia really was a baby, even in moments like these, she liked it when her mommy has full control over her.

"Darling, I'm not firing you." She whispered and pulled her close. "You're not going to lose anything. I'll still take care of you and you don't have to worry about a thing. You're just... being reassigned to a different position. It comes with free housing and food and clothing... Everything you could want."

Francine saw that the girl wasn't getting the hint, so she decided to show the girl what she meant. So, she pulled the girl forward, until she was sitting right on Francine's face! Francine then began to gently kiss the soft fabric of the brown stained diaper, to encourage the girl to start playing this game with her.
