Well, this is a surprise. I was just browsing the net and was made aware of this. One of the characters in a PS1 rhythm game called Bust-A-Move (Groove in some places) features an adult baby character who wears a onesie, and this is her ending with her nursery:

I love a good DDR game, but it always bothers me immensely when they pads are broken or undermaintained. You shouldn't have to godzilla-stomp for it to recognize a step.
