Punishing Myself

Well, I have just punished myself for being a naughty little boy and not wearing my nappies as often as I should.

To punish myself I put on one of my tightest nappies and then put four LARGE Ice cubes down the inside. I then forced myself to sit there until they had all melted. It took about 20mins for them to melt and I was in agony. If you have never done this the pain is intense (at least it was for me anyway).

Hopefully that should teach me to wear my nappies more often.

Do any of you have to punish yourselves and if so how do you do it?

Yes I tried the same thing but could not stand it for long. I was tied up and then had them put in with a couple raw eggs as well and then had to wait until all had melted. Yes the pain was terrible

mine is sort of like baby drews in mine i put about 5 nappies over top of each other, tie myself to a chair and stick a hose in my nappie and wait there its really great when its completly full its like 3 times your waist size
