Diaper Rash

What is a good creme if you start getting diaper rash, i havn't got a rash yet and i don't want to start.

Desitin works excellently on rash. I imagine any of the competitive creams that also contain zinc oxide work well too. It works well on other rashes also. This is great stuff. I have used it many times for razor burn/itch and it's cleared up the next day; often sooner than that.
