My wife is pretty tolerant except when I'm on a diaper binge for a few days. She then starts to tell me that I should probably stop wearing. She was also a bit annoyed when I wet myself in bed when not wearing a diaper after being in diapers for a week or so at night. I guess I'm pretty lucky though we don't do much diaper play as she went off that kinda thing at an early stage.
