Most people probably would suggest some form of self bondage. I don't recommend self bondage, becase you never know wht can happen and I would be embarrased to have the firefighters find my lifeless body tied up in my closet.

Well, unless I was a victim of a serial killer. In that case, I'd be more angry than embarrassed. I'd have a grudge. Like Ju-on.

To play it safe, stick to enemas. Just load up and release. 72 hours is more than ample time to eliminate waste smells.
