Wetting & Messing The Bed?

Hi,

I want to start wetting and messing my bed at night so I will get put into diapers. Any information that would help me in doing so? I want to GUARANTEE that I wake up with something in my pants tomorrow weather it be wet or messy. Certain things I should drink? Should I take laxatives b4 bed?

Literally drink gallons of water before bed, and dont use the toilet for a few hours before either. How can it possibly fail!
