My wife interrupting flow dozens of times a day, because it stays in one diaper all day (12-15 hours) and only in this way she can fill her diaper to about 1.5 liters without leaking.
This id her daily routine  for 1.5 years, and during this time she has no problems with UTIs. But from that her psyche has changed, so she is now more delicate, feminine, and admired by our friends and other people.

My girlfiend always wears special high waist slimming panties, so she does not have to change the diaper all day and can fill up to approx 1500ml without big changes of appearance.
This is very important, because almost a year, she is diapered 24/7 in both professional and social all activity life.

That means, she had to get up if she was sitting, or stop if she walked - for obvious reasons, this could be noticeable to the people she was with.
