I am a happy, cuddly little boy trapped in the body of an ageing writer. He lets me play around, though, so it's not so bad. I'm 3-4 years old and have a daddy who looks after me (sometimes he is my big brother - at the heady age of 6!). I may be a big toddler but I still need to wear nappies every night and sometimes I have accidents during the day as well. But that's OK, I like wearing nappies.

I am very out about being a little boy. I've appeared on a couple of television programs about being an AB and I walk around my hometown of Winchester in childish clothes all the time. I recently posted an article on my oh-so-adult professional site saying that for my next birthday I have decided to be three, and can people please send me appropriate presents. I've got a few gifts from that...

When I'm not being a little boy or a wine obsessive I act as a media volunteer for the charity Rethink. I have paranoid schizophrenia and Rethink like me talking about my experiences with that on the TV, radio, in Parliament, etc. They think I am highly articulate and funny, and they're right!

I'm keen to make friends to chat with or meet in real life, so do say, "Hello!"
