My true weight (after elimination, before breakfast) is down to 234.3!!! I have been dropping roughly 5 pounds per week. I have done this through moderate exercise, burning roughly 800 to 1200 calories at the gym 3 to 5 times per week, and through diet, consuming NO LESS THAN 2000 calories per day, and NO MORE THAN 2200 calories per day! Going under 2,000 calories a day is actually worse than "pigging out" because that can kick me into starvation mode!
