Yes only once . That is not including my garden. I went hiking for a couple of hours where i used to live at the time near the Peak District. It felt weird and a bit daring but comforting at the same time. I did use it but only when i was around 20 minutes from the car. Just as well really. running around in the house and garden and playing is one thing, but walking miles in a poo filled nappy is not good. It would for sure have broken up and leaked. Not suprising really, they are not designed to be worn for hours by people who are that active.

I wear out fairly regularly and have never had a problem until you reach max wet and that does take a fair time with something like Tena ultima!
