I like the absorbency but their tapes don't hold if you're up and moving around.

I have just a small comment to make about the one and only time I tried the 'Banana up my Tailpipe'
I unfortunatley had a very Adverse reaction to the Banana and went into 'anaphylactic shock' I needed to get to the Casualty (ER) immediately for assistance. If I had not gotten there when I did I would have Died!
A very scary experience indeed!
I think that it would have been a rather enjoyable experience without the added drama!

I have a question. I want to have a butt plug put up my behind while I'm wearing a diaper but I can't seem to get it to stay in there. Everytime my girlfriend puts it in there it fall out as soon as I stand up. Does anyone know how I could keep it from falling out?
Buy one of these, it won't fall out, and it's not some ridiculous suggestion like that 10" plug posted earlier.

For what it's worth, I wore 24/7 for about a month once. Whenever I woke up at night and had to pee I'd just go in the diaper and fall back asleep. After I stopped wearing 24/7 I wet the bed three or four times over about a month long period, but regained control after that...
