I'm an ordinary single guy who chooses to wear nappies 24/7 primarily for convenience and comfort.
I have some signs of urge incontinence which tend to develop with age. For me it makes more sense to wear nappies rather than always worrying about where the nearest toilet is and whether I'll be able to reach it. 
I have also found that wearing nappies is really enjoyable.
I have been impotent for 15 years. No erection during the day, sometimes when I wake up but very soft. I have no interest in sex.
I am very happy with my condition
