  1. Getting up in my thick wet Elite Hybrid still on, moving to the sofa with my wife, being told to put a dry one. So I change to a dry Elite Hybrid now with a Rearz overnight booster pad as stuffer. The whole family still in nightclothes, the kids happily playing with their Christmas toys.

It's such a great feeling to be allowed and encouraged to be myself, to wear a thick diaper whilst cuddling and feeling accepted.

  2. While I have no issue wearing in the office, I did become concious that taking a small blue plastic bag, containing a diaper, from my laptop bag, every day around the same time, might become noticeable. I now try to vary my routine or do it when the colleague next to me isn't there.

  3. Beginning of last week I was feeling ill, my stomach was upset and just generally stressed so I didn't put on a diaper in the morning, the first time in nearly a month and a half. As my stomach was upset I had to go to the toilet multiple times, it just didn't feel right or comfortable. No night time diaper either, I was just feeling off. This continued till yesterday, Saturday evening, we had a babysitter so we could have a date night, going out for dinner and a cocktail afterwards. My wife all of a sudden asks me why I'm not wearing any more, I try to explain how I felt that week, also that sometimes it feels a little lonely wearing a diaper while she knows but gives very little acknowledgement. Yes I can put on a diaper with her around but she doesn't say much about it. Then she says I should maybe go back in diapers as she really feels I'm generally a nicer person when I wear them. I tell her that I would love her to interact with me more in that respect, she said she would but isn't sure how far she would go. She really doesn't like the idea of seeing my as a baby, diapers are fine. Putting me in a new diaper she might contemplate but doesn't want anything to do with wet diapers. It was good to talk about our expectations, limits and wishes again. And I'm back in diapers 24/7 :)

  4. So I managed to stay diapered for the whole of the month :), like I said it really gets easier over time, more natural and and less concious. You get used to the feeling of having extra padding around your groin, being wet  and not caring that much. I received my next months supply of diapers, I'll see how far I go.

Probably a good idea not to wear to a cardiologist if they are checking your heart, doing an EKG or anything.  You might get a bit excited causing higher blood pressure and higher heart rhythm at the thought of people noticing you are wearing diapers and that might skew any test results.

Yeah, you are probably right, it's just not something to mess with.

  6. In the end I decided against wearing a diaper to the cardiologist, might have been too much to explain at this point. I had to do an exercise test so even though I would not have to take of my trousers it might have just been uncomfortable.

I did wear a diaper to the Spa hotel, in bed and to dinner at least, not in the Sauna of course.

Wearing around the office is really no issue, I hardly think about it any more, even when wet.

  7. I can let go anywhere now too, I have been wearing in Public for years and enjoy the feeling of a wet diaper. Standing in the checkout queue in the supermarket. At work sitting at my desk. Having confidence in your diaper does help.

  8. 1.  First, let’s decide the severity for urinary incontinence: - Severe / Total incontinence

    2.  Next determine the primary type of urinary incontinence: -  Squirts, small bladder releases

3  Very good!  How much awareness do you want to have?  - Vague awareness.

    4.  What about nights? - Heavy wetting with infrequent pee dreams.

    5.  Do you want your incontinence to be reversible or permanent? -  Reversible

    6. Do you wish to have bowel incontinence as well? - No bowel incontinence

    7. Finally, would you like to add toilet confusion, thus impossible to use a toilet? No

The benefits of wearing diapers are almost too numerous to count, for me. It starts with mental health - I am just a way happier person, when I'm in a diaper, and other than infrequent diaper rash, and taking up space in my house (and budget), the side-effects are, in my opinion, harmless in comparison to taking mood-altering drugs, for example.

My wife says I seem more in touch with myself when I wear diapers, more open. Beyond that I sometimes have spontaneous stomach cramps on account of my Diabetes medicine, now at least I'm in a diaper. I have had to run home and still not be in time to avoid an accident and a change of clothes.

  10. Two weeks in to October and three counting the last week of September and I have managed to keep it up so far.

A neighbour had a birthday party for his son, we were invited for the friends an family part, I felt a little concious walking around people who are sitting down and could have a good view, some of them a old enough to suffer from Incontinence and perhaps a little more aware of what I could be wearing. It was going through my mind to take of my diaper but I remembered what I sometimes read from other people who are 24/7 by choice, accept that this is who you are from now on, be prepared to be in diapers in any circumstance, deal with it.

I went in to the office on Monday wearing my diaper, all was fine, had lunch with a colleague and then went for a walk afterwards. Unfortunately I noticed my stomach started to cramp a little and it just kept getting worse, I have that sometimes due to Diabetes medicine but it hadn't happened for a while, long story short I didn't make it back to the office in time to prevent a smelly accident. I quickly grabbed my spare diaper, thankfully I had also packed wet-wipes, and snuck in to the handicapped toilet to clean up. I managed to get all clean, thankfully I also keep my bum hair free, that made it a little easier. I disposed of everything in a garbage bin on the street.

I don't enjoy doing nr. two's in my diaper and certainly not in the office! Notice to self, listen to your body!

Tuesday I went back to the office still diapered and not deterred.

I have a few challenges coming up, a visit to a Spa hotel with my wife, should I wear that night too? Naked in the Sauna, so no chance there. Next week a visit to a cardiologist, normally there would be no need to undress.

Sounds like a fun and exciting challenge.

Movie Park, was that previously Warner Brothers Park up near Netherlands?   We went there a few times in the 90's.   They had the stunt car show at that time.   Fun place.  It would be a fun place to go diapered too!

    Joey

Yes, that's the same Park, we didn't see any shows this time though. They do great Halloween horror shows, seen those a few times. It was fun wearing between all those people and changing my diaper in a family toilet/ changing room.

  12. When, during lockdown I started wearing diapers at home during the day, I wore around my wife regularly and she never noticed a thing, so I'm not too worried about other people noticing. I ony wear Tena Super or Maxi during the day, so discreet.

I had a period when I wore every night for a longer period, when I stopped it was very uncomfortable having to get up to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Stopping is possible but why go through that again. I even had an "accident" once, I went out for a few beers came home and fell asleep on the sofa, not diapered. I woke up when I started to wet myself.

  13. Now that I have been to the office wearing a diaper a couple of times, I think I'm ready to start my challenge of being diapered all of October, including at work and social gatherings.

My wife is even trying to come on board, yesterday before we went to visit the Movie Park Germany with the family, she asked if I had a clean diaper on, later that day in the Park she asked if I didn't need to put on a clean one too. I had packed a spare Tena Super in our day-bag with her full knowledge. She doesn't check my diaper but having her ask is enough to lift my heart each time. This happens only occasionally though.

The other night I went to an ex-pat party in a bar in Town with about 20 people, I thought about not wearing, it was still September, but came to the conclusion that as I was contemplating to be in diapers for the whole of October and had been for 10 days already why skip?

Sitting on a barstool with my legs a little spread I did start to notice the diaper bulge in my crotch, if people would pay attention it's more visible than my slightly more padded butt. I'll adjust my position in future or place my hands in my lap.

So far I have not experienced any problems or embarrassments, the more I wear I think less about being in a diaper. It's now just part of my Daily routine, before bed I wash under the shower, dry off and put some baby oil over the diaper area, put on a night time diaper covered by plastic pants and a tight boxer short. In the morning I get up and put on jogging pants to hide the bulge of my wet diaper, have coffee with my wife and start to get the kids ready for daycare. At some point I take a shower and go through the washing and oiling routine, put on a Tena Super and go of to work. At work I usually have a change around lunchtime, freshen up with some wet-wipes, in the evening the whole routine starts over again.

Being AB and Incontinent, I have no problems. I wear it all the time regardless of where I am. It's practically normal for me being AB and Incontinent.

Totally right, the more you wear the more normal it becomes and you stop thinking about it.

  15. I went in to the office again wearing a diaper, I was less concious than last time. I just enjoyed it, changed just after lunch using the disabled toilet, they even had a proper bin there. 😀

I think I will try to keep the 24/7 up at till the end of October. I'll see where I end up.

I think that you have already crossed to the AB world - since wearing and wetting the diaper is a stress relief. You seem to be getting the same response a baby gets from its diapers - the sences of comfort, security, pleasure, relaxation and stress relief, all combined with the relief of voiding. This all aids in concentration and is prob. increasing your productivity.

In relation to productivity benefits, most AB aware diaper stores are aware of this, and encourage their staff to wear diapers plus other stock - like onesies etc.

In relation to who know, everyone is aware, but due to their perceptions, never link diapers to a person older than average toilet training age. However, I know of 55,329 people that know that you are wearing and wetting a diaper in work - the members here, and by simple averages by reverse calculation of adult diapers sold compared to world population, .5 - 1% of your workmates also wear and wet diapers, so there is a chance that they also know. Don't worry, they won't tell as they are hiding it also. You know the subtle signals of a diaper wearer - so see if you can find them - you never know, you might find another similar minded friend to play with.

Maybe I am an AB, I don't mind, it's just a label. I enjoy my diapers and using them. It does make me feel good, letting go a little giving up control.

Tomorrow an other day in the office 😀

Congrats on breaking down this barrier! I remember the first time I wore a diaper to work; I work from home so I'd been wearing diapers in my office all the time, no big deal, but then I had to do a site visit in a city 4 hours away, so, for the first time, I packed for a business trip taking only diapers with me, and I headed out the night before, and checked into a hotel room. In the morning, I had no option but to change my diaper, get dressed, and go to the meeting. It was stressful at first, but I got through the day with no problems, and in the end, I was so glad that I went for it, and didn't let my reservations stop me.

Later, I spent stretches of a few days at our head office from time to time, in diapers, and I quickly got to the point where I forgot about my underwear. If you dress intelligently, and practice good hygiene, nobody is going to know or care what you have on under your clothes. One pro tip - I nearly always wear onesies (diaper shirts) that look like t-shirts under my clothes - they eliminate the need to worry about if my shirt is riding up if I get up from a chair or need to bend over or squat.

Thanks!  I have worn in work related events like out of office Vendor training, but never with direct colleagues. I even wore to a job interview once under a suit, I didn't get the job but that had nothing to do with the diaper I was wearing. I have a couple of onesies, my problem is that I never really wear more than a long-arm T-Shirt even in Winter. I find that good fitting jeans with a high or normal waist work well. Washing twice a day and shaving helps keep the smells away.

It seems to me that you may be moving to be more of an AB than a DL. It is understandable that you like the feeling of being padded - you spent the best part of 2 years padded, and that was one of your familiar zones as a baby - the thick padding between your legs.

I'm not too sure, I had bottles, pacies and stuffed animals around but I had hoped to use them with some nice AB girl or woman. I do admit that I sometimes pretend to drink from the breasts of my wife, that can be comforting, she even likes that feeling. Diapers on the other hand are more tolerated than loved.

  18. Hi there,

I haven't posted. much here but have been leaching for a while.

I have been a DL since I was 7-8 I think and have been wearing ever since. Recently I discussed diaper's with my wife and that I would love to wear them at home whenever possible, going more or less 24/7 except when I have to go to the office.

After wearing diaper night and day for 5 days, three days home-office and the weekend I felt kind of naked and really missing the padded feeling on Monday morning getting dressed to go to work. I have only ever worn to the office a couple of times during lockdown when there was hardly anybody there, but I never arrived fully padded but would check if there was anybody on my floor before sneaking to the toilet and putting on a Tena Super. Sometimes, lately, now that I wear nearly all the time outside of work, I did the same just before leaving the office so I have become used to having a diaper in my laptop bag.

So Yesterday I decided to pack two Tena Super before work and see if I could pick up the courage to wear with colleagues around. The whole day I was feeling I should, so after lunch, later in the afternoon I picked up the courage and sneaked in to the Toilet. The toilets were empty so nobody could perhaps hear the sound of the tapes or question the crinkle of the small plastic bag I use to carry the diaper in.

Once done I took a deep breath and walked in to the office with my diaper hidden under dark jeans. Nobody but me noticed of course, I use the Tena cotton feel diaper version so no chance for diaper crinkle.

It was wonderful, I felt relaxed wearing them, not too self concious, just checking my T-Shirt was pulled down when I got up from my chair.

Letting go in the office was a wonderful feeling.

Encouraged by the previous day I decided to get padded at home before leaving for work.

I was a little nervous when I first walked in to the office wearing my Tena Super but that soon wore off, having lots to do does take your mind of certain distractions.

Being able to just relax and let go is such a good feeling. After lunch I went to the toilet to change my wet diaper, the stall next to me was occupied so I was a little self-concious, I was glad that we didn't exit at the same time. Next time I will use the handicapped toilet I think.

Only problem is that there are no bins where I can dispose of my diaper discreetly so I took it back home.

I'll be back in the office at least one more time this week and will wear again. If it still feels good I might set a goal of spending the whole of October in a diaper.

Let's see where this journey takes me.
