Heaviest at 485ish

At my heaviest, in Los Angeles, at a cool little sidewalk cafe-slash-hat shop. Diaper, stuffer, plastic pants and shorts which were already too tight - I could not tuck the t-shirt in which made, I know, for a really sloppy look. I had already decided to really focus on losing weight so was not buying any new clothes at all. I stocked up on the dress slacks for the training course, since bottoms are more of a problem for me than tops, and my uniforms still fit. Down at least 15, if not more, pounds now. Of course, there is no physical change, really, but I do feel 'different.' The exercise has made a real world of difference.
