Incontinence Ceremony

In proud recognition of my failed attempt to cure my incontinence and as an affirmation of accepting myself as being incontinent I drank nearly a gallon of water and a triple dose of laxative before going to bed in an already soaked diaper last night. I woke up six hours later to find myself in the middle of urinating and having a noisy bowel movement.
