Respect one another and be a positive influence on others.

If, in the event that anyone here makes you uncomfortable or otherwise causes a problem, please tell me or any of the DD admins.  I generally will not edit or delete anyone's content here unless there's a significant problem that it would cause be being there, in which case [deleted] or [edited for <reason>] would be added for transparency and the affected poster notified via PM.  

For any event posted that has any specific details that may make an attendee surprised or excluded had they not known prior to arriving (such as if the venue requires attendees to show ID, if there's a fee to attend, things like "clothing is optional in the upstairs room"), please mention them so that people (especially first time event goers) can feel comfortable and not like a giant ball of anxiety.  Also, if feasable, try to host events in places accessable via public transit, as not everyone can drive and/or afford a car.
