I have started to switch from buying nappies from the shop and moving more towards ordering online and I have a few questions about the vat exemption declarations.
Has anyone claimed this? if so do they send you forms for declaration and/or if they suspect you to not be eligible.
I order my nappies to my friends house to keep them out of the prying eyes of the parents, do i need to put his address on the declaration form?

You have nothing at all to worry about. The legislation states that the easement is for those who require the product (or words to that effect), and they certainly wont launch any investigation unless you start ordering commercial loads (300ish+) on a regular basis.
