Finally, I turn the finished diaper around and fold the wings in and wrap the diaper tightly and is held in place with two small strips of duct tape to keep moisture and air out and a identification tag is placed between the tape strips and is also held in place with tape. The identification tag is used to identify the diaper, what size, and how many times it can be worn. (non-usage wear only.) that's how I make a diaper.
