About This Site and Fetish:

     The Daily Diaper is an adult fetish community for men and women who wear diapers, plastic pants, rubber diaper covers and or sissy clothes. Our members are normal mature adults, who, in their spare time, like to relax by forgetting about the stressful grown-up world for a while, and retuning themselves to a more peaceful time in their lives: childhood. Some just wear diapers, other wet their diapers or even mess in their nappies. For some, it is a sexual fetish, where wearing a thick warm diaper is a turn on for them, but for most it is just a fun way to relax. There are two main categories within this fetish: Diaper Lovers and Adult Babies. 

     Diaper Lovers just like to wear diapers, maybe with plastic or rubber pants, or a comfortable diaper cover. Some prefer cloth diapers, while others like disposables such as Depend, Attends, Abri-Form or Molicare adult diapers. 

     Adult Babies like to wear diapers, but also enjoy other babyish things. They may wear baby or sissy clothes such as Onesie-like snap-crotch T-shirts, rompers or play suits. They tend to like more colorful diaper covers and even frilly ruffled panty-style covers. Adult Babies may also enjoy drinking formula from baby bottles, or eating baby food. Generally they like to be treated totally like a baby during this play time, being changed, bathed, and even spanked by their partner who serves as their Mommy or Daddy.

     Though these are the main categories, their are others. For example, we have members who call themselves "Adult Toddlers" meaning that they wear diapers, but don't go for the crawling around eating baby food thing. Adult Toddlers wear diapers and enjoy childish clothing such as footed sleepers and overalls, but do not see themselves as helpless infants. There are also "Adult Bedwetters" who act their age, but still consider themselves in need of diapers and some loving care. 

      I should also point out that a good number of our members are medically incontinent and need to wear diapers. For them (which includes myself) this lifestyle is a way of not just coping with a medical problem, but of making it a positive enjoyable thing. Instead of being depressed about having to wear diapers, we've found this community of adults who have made us understand that it's okay... after all, it's just another form of underwear.

     This fetish, also known as infantilism, usually starts in the late childhood or teen years. Though this site caters only to the adult members of the community, there are many sites and support groups for these teen diaper lovers, known as "Teen Babies."

     It is commonly believed that this fetish is dominated by men, with only a few females practicing, but in my experience this has not proven true. I think the female/male split is closer to 40/60% only seeming more divided as the male members are much more vocal and more likely to post photos and story-style experiences online, where the ladies are usually looking to play in private or with an understanding partner without the public exposure aspects.

     Both Diaper Lovers and Adult Babies like to see photos of other men and women enjoying this lifestyle, and also like having communities where they can get together and share experiences, ideas, and links of interest.      Although it should go without saying, this fetish has nothing to do with actual children. We are adults acting in childish ways, not adults acting with children.
