Anyway, This is working really well for me so far, compared to the more-passive approach I've advocated for before.  I'm on the second phase so far and have already been waking up pretty often without the alarm, wetting, and going to sleep, and having no memory of it. I've had to adjust the definition of success from strictly having a memory of waking from the alarm, peeing, and going back to sleep, to including simply waking up wet.
