Help finding some diapers

I need some help finding some really good girly diapers that stand out for me to wear. I have been looking around and haven’t found any that really stand out to me. I think I may just want to find an overnight diaper, but I am a little worried that they will be too restrictive on my movements. But I am wondering what you think. As well, as I want to find some punishment diapers as well, which is why I was looking at some diapers at Rearz for their waddle cut diapers. I like the disposable diapers with the tabs, not the cloth ones or those ones with ripable tapes. I am also needing one with a tight waistband with a tight leg gathering elastic in it. But also, do you have any suggestions on swim diapers for girly diapers as well? I have only been able to find generic ones that don’t have designs or the ones that have designs are more for boys. I am exclusively also needing help finding some gear and products that fit towards a baby boy who is going to be a baby girl.

I am doing some research and would like really love to hear your opinion.

what are the things that really matter you in a diaper?

for example- comfort, absorbency, tapes , leak guards, crinkle vs quiet, prints,fit, backsheet type (cloth or plastic), ect.

also if there’s something you wish brand would improve or add , what would it be?

i’m not selling yet but just wanted to know more information from people here in the community and beyond

Cheap diaper find.

We were checking around for some pants for me since in the last few months I have gained about 4"s in my waist and about 30+ lbs. I found a few pair of jeans and found some diapers too. 2 full packs of L Fit-right 20 count and 2 24count S McKesson @ $3.09 each. I'm trying the McKesson now the first 1 the tabs broke it was a waist size 20-32; the other pack was 22-36 so I was able to get it on ok. They are tight but I can use them as stuffers in the Fit-right ones or my cloth diapers.

Medical Diapers in Las Vegas

My wife and I are taking a 3 day trip to Las Vegas next week but we are only paying for carry on bags for our flight. Because of this I’m trying to pack super light and avoid packing diapers if I can help it. Because of this I was hoping to find somewhere I could buy some medical diapers that don’t suck. Does anyone know of any places in Las Vegas that I could pick up some quality medical diapers.

As I said in my introduction, I am a big fan of InControl Diapers. Their products are amazing. I have been using the BeDry brand for my bowel incontinence. But after trying the Rearz Inspire, there is no turning back. I have one left out of a sample pack, and next month, I am buying two cases. They provide top most comfort, and the inner leg gathers don’t rub as much. Also, the plastic backing is smoother, and I like the fact that these have tape tabs instead of Velcro. I’m not really fond of hook and loop tabs. Tape holds more securely. Also, the inner lining is fluffy soft. The outer plastic back sheet is smooth and reminds me of the Luvs diapers I wore as a kid. Keep in mind that I am blind, but I do have light perception. I can see two primary colors. They are black and white. The Rearz Inspire diapers are solid white and very smooth. Their elastic waist bands are amazing as are the elastic leg gathers. They’re observancy is top-notch, and they are a great product. I give them two thumbs up and five stars.

This one is called "Super Pixel Pals" and is targeted at middles/bigs into gaming. These are plastic backed with hook & loop tabs (like Tykables). But to me the design is just chaos! It's just soooooo busy! I'm sure it's going to sell like crazy though based on the hoopla I've seen on anti-social media. However..... this one is not for me. And that's saying something since I've already mentioned I'll buy just about anything!

Size 8 diapers popularity

It looks like size 8 has standardized across the diaper market. I was skeptical of their popularity but a recent trips to my local Wal-Mart has me thinking that they are quite popular. I purchased the Wal-Mart brand size 8 a few days ago leaving only 1 box on the shelf. Yesterday a guy was walking out with a box of Pampers 8, and I saw a Mom pushing around a cart with Huggies 8. The boy riding in the cart, certain they were for him, he was probably at least 50 pounds. I would imagine that being a parent of a delayed child growing out of toddler diapers is a headache.

Our adult diaper options are amazing, but I think they are still way behind. I'm hoping the machinery needed to make adult sized modern Pampers is on the horizon.

So we all know the abdl stories and most of them mention plastic or rubber bedwetting sheets that are loud and proof that the person wets the bed. Well, in my quest of the internet to find these embarrassing sheets, I am sadly coming up dry in my search. Now a day bedwetting sheets are much more discreet and made out of more fabric-feeling material.

My question to all of of you is; do you know of any products that would fit this mythical, abdl story, plastic sheet? Or maybe to those that grew up in the 70, 80 and were actually bedwetters, do you remember what brand your plastic/rubber sheets were? I’m just trying to find out any details that I might use to narrow down my search.

Has anyone else tried these? I have, and I must say, they are some of the most comfortable diapers I have ever worn!! They're a mid range absorbency, about 5000mL (give or take), cloth backed, velcro tabbed diaper that fit me like a dream! They could be ultimate daytime diaper, if it weren't for one thing...

Unfortunately, they weep/perspire/seep pee through their cloth shell. I know this happens sometimes with cloth-back diapers, but I had some of these before that didn't weep. Now the ones I have weep, and it sucks! I would wear these everywhere! But they weep pee!

Has anyone else tried these and have the same issue? Or maybe I just got a lousy batch?

Baby Powder Shootout

I recently passed by a RITE-AID and figured I would try their baby powder out. the two best i tried were Stop & Shop and Market Basket. The first is New England and Mid-Atlantic and the second is southern New England. I was hoping that RITE-AID would be as good so I would have a nationally diestributed one to recommend . However, that was not to be. The only difference that matters is scent, since they all pretty muc work the same. This is important since the esthetics of baby powder is important since it goes back to a time when one was very, very young, which shapes our understanding and appreciation for this item; "it ain't baby powder if it don't smell right". The scent of Rite-Aid is more in the spicey side

So hrer are the results

1. Stop and Shop: The Best of the bunch *****

2a. Market Basket ****1/2
2b. Johnson's w/aloe and Vitamin E ****1/3
Almost as good as #1 but a bit off. Any of these deserve the "BabyDoll" label and go perfectly with PINK RUBBER PANTIES. Though, if you use BabyDoll Bath, Body and Baby Oil, you do not need the aloe and vitamin E since that is part of the oil
NOTE:ALOE AND VITAMIN E USED TOGETHER INHIBITS THE PRODUCTION OF MELANIN!!! Therefore Vitamin E has been dropped in the Bath, Body and Baby Oil and the mix of the Aloe and Coconut oil have been upgraded to 25% each, making it powerfully therapeutic as well as a pointent moisturizer

3. Johnoson's regular: At least it smells somewhat flowery so it is a bit feminine and belongs in the nursery ***

4. Rite-Aid: More spicey than flowery or babyish. Meh. All right for a boy; he will not be teased about smelling like a baby or girl **

I suppose these are all right if you are strictly DL:
5. Walgareens: almost a medical smell. Only if I must

6. Johnson's Lavender: Smells like a restroom and I am soooo O.D.'ed on lavender. Only if I must

Edit: fixed the price error due to poor math skills😅.

So I am trying to wear mostly 24/7 and I usually wear tykables because their bulk price of 200$ per 80 diapers is hard to beat.

But I was thinking that medical diapers would be cheaper than premium abdl diapers.

So my question is; Does anyone have a site/diaper recommendation to get quality medical diapers in bulk cheaper than 200$ per 80 diapers?

p.s. I don’t have much experience with medical diaper brands so I’m pretty much in the dark in reguard to what brands are good.
