Linking to my stories in the signature

I have created a signature, but have discovered that the URL for topics change each time I change the title to update the chapter count. Is there any way to have permanent links to my stories in the signature?

After posting a new story chapter today, I have discovered that the old link still works after changing the title, so everything is fine.
