What’s the story of your first mess?

Just wanna know what everyone’s first mess was. I remember mine clearly and it’s definitely the reason I like nappies now.
 

i was six years old and visiting my aunts with my mum. My three year old cousin still wore nappies and when I was in the upstairs bathroom I put one on and wore it for a few minutes. then I took it off again when it was time to go down for dinner. Like an hour later I went back up and put the nappy on again. I left my panties in the bathroom, and pulled my jeans back up over it. I just wanted to wear it while we played.

The three of us (me and my three year old cousin and my eight year old cousin) were playing hide and seek. I was crouched down behind the couch. after that big dinner, I really needed to poo and I didnt want to get caught running to the bathroom, so I decided it would be a good idea to go in the nappy. I did it right there.

Five minutes later my older cousin found me and By then I absolutely STUNK. We were all standing in the middle of the living room deciding when my older cousin started sniffing the air and he said that my little cousin must have pooed. Mum checked my cousins nappy and found nothing, and then she came over to me, pulled back the waistband of my jeans and nappy and checked me like a baby. I felt so fucking babyish in that moment. my mum wasn’t happy and she grabbed my hand and dragged me up to the bathroom.

She asked me why I had done it. I told her the nappy felt safe and that I hadn’t made it to the toilet in time. The truth was i could have made it just didn’t want to. She laid me down on my cousin’s changing mat and changed me back into my panties. I’ve never felt more like a baby in my entire life than I did lying there on that mat and thats deffo why I’m an abdl

My first mess was at the dawn of puberty. Both of my parents and older sister were out and I was home alone. I always had some fascination with "accidents" and a few playmates had an occasional wetting or poopie accident. Home by myself, I messed my pants, cleaned up, washed my underpants by hand, and I was hooked. Now that diapers are so available and convenient, my morning poopies are in my diaper well before my wife is out of bed. She knows but we have a boundary that I don't mess my diaper around her.

I don’t actually remember, honestly… I’m pretty sure it was in high school, my parents would often travel to places on the weekends and I volunteered to stay home alone and play video games, but I also had plenty of time to myself to experiment with diapers. 😁

I was home after work one day. I must have been 22. Kind of a late bloomer, I guess. Anyway, the urge to wet my underwear came roaring back. And I wondered what it would feel like to mess my underwear. So I did. It was wonderful. Until I started feeling the shame of it all. 

I cleaned up, bagged up my underwear & put them in the dumpster with the kitchen trash. I didn't know about adult diapers then. This was back in the mid '70s.

I was in high school and home alone I put a diaper on and pooped in it I felt so warm and squishy and fell in love with pooping my pants I still only wear them when I’m home alone but I enjoy the feeling so much

I was 45, 2 years ago. I couldn't resist it or hold it, so I just let it go while stood up, still want to sit down it a dirty diaper. Haven't done that yet. x

i was around 17 when i started to get interested in it, first because pushing just felt so good, and then the thought of messing myself and feeling it all against me just stuck. i lined a pair of panties with toilet paper, squatted in the bathroom, and pushed a good load out. i still remember the extasy that came over me when i felt the first piece drop into my panties, i absolutely loved the weight and warmth of it, but didn’t do it a lot, since the cleanup was annoying and i felt ashamed.

when i got diapers way, way later, i was nervous to try it again, but curiosity won, and thank god it did. messing a diaper felt so much safer, i could actually wet myself too, i just became hooked. i don’t wear as often as i’d like, and i still struggle with letting go sometimes, but the it feels just as good as ever.

I don't remember exactly but it was pre-teen. I took some old undies with me to take my shower before bed. I put on the undies and pooped in them and it felt great. I cleaned up and washed the undies out and went to bed.

I did that several times until I was old enough to be left home alone and I made a diaper from a garbage bag,  paper towels and duct tape.  I pooped in that and that was probably the first time that I sat down in a wet n messy diaper since I was a toddler.  Of course it was really amazing and it made me hard.

I remember I was nine years old, then wearing a thick bulky pretty crinkly, green diaper and plastic pants as I often had urinary trouble and peed in my pants so hot so my older sister ordered some thick big bulky diapers for me. There was a cute girl named Abigail, who was about 10 she was in diapers also. She would always pee and also make large amount of poop in her diaper, but she pretend like she didn’t just make turd in her diaper and we continue hanging out or playing. She said it would be a good feeling if I pooped in my diaper so when we were together, I did she said it was a really big turd and gave me a hi-five. We both would go for a while without changing our diapers until her older sister came out and discovered we both had filled our diapers and made us go change but other times she would be just wearing plastic pants with no diaper and she’d make a couple of big turds in the plastic pants and just keep on playing she like to pull down her shorts to show me the turds in her plastic pants so whenever I got together with her, I’d always make sure to wait until we were together so I would make turd in my diaper and we would both hang out until her sister made us come in and change and put on fresh diapers
