Mommy Anna Posted June 3 Posted June 3 Welcome to Mommy Anna's Diapered Storybook! Some of you may know me from my website, diaperhypnosis.com I've decided to publish full-length diaper and regression stories, for free, as a special way of giving back to our community. I'm also recording most of these stories and posting them (full-length) on my YouTube channel, so you can hear me read them there. Mommy Emma from diaperhypnosis.com will also be recording some of these stories for YouTube. Anyway, I hope you enjoy these stories and keep being the wonderful you that you are! This is a new MDLB story, with hypnosis at the core. I haven't finished the story yet, so I'm not altogether sure which direction I will take it. The first two chapters build more slowly, so no diaper content yet (but it will come) and other ABDL elements as well are coming. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CHAPTER ONE The apartment glowed with warm amber light. A pair of candles flickered in the center of the dining table, their reflections dancing across crystal glasses and polished silverware. Soft music drifted from a speaker in the corner, blending with the aroma of garlic, rosemary, and fresh-baked bread. Matt smiled as he stepped into the dining room. "Wow." His eyes swept across the table before settling on the woman standing beside it. Rachel blushed immediately. Even after nearly two years together, she still wasn't entirely comfortable being the center of attention. "You like it?" she asked. "Like it?" Matt laughed. "This looks like something out of a movie." Rachel lowered her eyes shyly. She looked very different from the quiet accounting clerk he'd met eighteen months earlier. At work, she usually wore cardigans and practical shoes, her brown hair pinned neatly back while she disappeared behind spreadsheets and financial reports. Tonight, however, she had clearly put effort into her appearance. Her dark hair fell freely around her shoulders. Her makeup was subtle but elegant. The dress she wore was far more daring than anything Matt had ever seen her wear before. He tried not to stare. Failed. Completely. Rachel noticed and smiled. A small smile. A private smile. One meant only for him. Matt felt his pulse quicken. Twenty-seven years old today, and somehow he still couldn't believe this remarkable woman had chosen him. The outgoing salesman and the quiet accountant. Nobody at work had expected them to become a couple. Least of all Matt himself. Yet here they were. Sharing a home. Building a life. Planning a future. Dinner passed pleasantly. They talked about work. About coworkers. About a vacation they wanted to take next spring. Matt told a story about a difficult client that had Rachel laughing so hard she nearly spilled her wine. Every now and then he caught her looking at him. Not the casual glance of everyday life. Something more thoughtful. More deliberate. As though she were studying him. Eventually dessert arrived. Chocolate cake. His favorite. "You're spoiling me," Matt said. "Maybe." She folded her hands together. "Actually..." Her expression shifted. A little nervous. A little excited. "I have your present." Matt grinned. "Now we're talking." Rachel stood and disappeared briefly into the bedroom. When she returned, she carried a small gift box wrapped in silver paper. A card rested neatly on top. She set it before him. "There you go." Matt reached for it immediately. Rachel sat back down. Watching. Very carefully watching. The card was simple. White. Elegant. No writing on the front. He opened it. Then blinked. "What?" Rachel said nothing. Matt looked again. The message inside read: **Happy First Birthday.** He frowned. "First birthday?" Rachel remained silent. A tiny smile touched her lips. "I'm twenty-seven." Still no answer. Matt chuckled. "Did they give you the wrong card?" "Open it all the way," Rachel said softly. Curious, he did. A tiny speaker inside activated. A few gentle musical notes began to play. Nothing dramatic. Just a simple melody. Soft. Childlike. Almost familiar. And then— Everything stopped. The music seemed to stretch impossibly long. The room vanished. The candles. The table. The sound of the city outside. Gone. Matt's thoughts disappeared as though someone had flipped a switch. One moment he was sitting at the dining room table. The next— Nothing. No confusion. No panic. No fear. Simply blankness. His eyes remained open. His body remained upright. But every thought had vanished. Across the table, Rachel watched calmly. The music continued for several seconds. Then ended. Silence returned. Matt sat perfectly still. Frozen. Expressionless. Rachel studied him carefully. "Hello, Matt." No response. Not even a blink. A slow smile spread across her face. Months of preparation. Months of planning. Months of waiting. And now— Success. She rose from her chair and walked around the table. "Matt." Nothing. She stopped beside him. "Can you hear me?" His eyes shifted toward her immediately. "Yes." The answer came in a flat, emotionless voice. Rachel's smile widened. "Good." She placed a gentle hand on his shoulder. For the first time all evening, the quiet, bookish accountant seemed completely confident. Completely in control. And Matt remained motionless as she leaned down beside his ear. "Your birthday present," she whispered, "is a new beginning." His expression never changed. Yet somewhere behind those vacant eyes, a strange journey had just begun. CHAPTER TWO Rachel reached up and gently closed the card. The last note of the melody faded into silence. Matt remained perfectly still. His gaze followed her when she moved, but there was no trace of the easy confidence that usually animated him. The quick smile. The effortless charm. The constant stream of conversation. All of it was gone. For the moment, at least. Rachel took a slow breath. "I love you, Matt." His expression didn't change. "I really do." She began carefully unwrapping the silver paper from the gift box. "But there are things we've never been able to talk about." The paper crackled softly. "You always found a way to change the subject." She lifted the lid from the box. "When I brought up marriage." Inside sat a brightly colored tablet protected by a thick rubber case. "When I brought up buying a house." She removed it. "When I brought up children." The device looked more appropriate for a preschool classroom than an adult's birthday gift. Large icons. Primary colors. Rounded edges. A protective carrying handle. Rachel set it on the table and powered it on. The screen lit up. Matt watched silently. "I know you never meant to hurt me," she continued. "You'd smile and joke and tell me we had plenty of time." The tablet finished booting. "But after a while, it started feeling like you weren't avoiding the conversation." She swallowed. "It felt like you were avoiding the future." For the first time, a shadow of sadness crossed her face. "I couldn't tell whether you didn't want those things... or whether you just didn't want them with me." Matt remained motionless. Rachel looked at him for several long seconds. Then her expression hardened slightly. "So I made a decision." She propped the tablet upright in its stand. "Months ago." Her voice became calmer. More clinical. "I started working on a project." Matt's eyes stayed fixed on her. "I created a series of recordings." She tapped the screen. "Very carefully designed recordings." A small media player appeared. "They played every night while we slept." Rachel reached into her pocket and removed a pair of wireless earbuds. "I wore these." She held them up briefly. "So the recordings only reached you." Still no reaction. "At first they were simple." She put one earbud into her left ear. "Relaxation." The second followed. "Focus." A faint smile touched her lips. "Trust." She adjusted the fit. "And eventually..." Her eyes met his. "...obedience." Matt stared blankly ahead. Rachel wasn't speaking with triumph. Nor guilt. Only certainty. "As time passed, the recordings became more sophisticated." She sat back down across from him. "They taught you to listen carefully when I spoke." "They taught you to accept suggestions." "They established triggers." Her finger rested on the tablet's play button. "And they prepared you for today." The room seemed unusually quiet. Only the faint hum of the refrigerator could be heard. Rachel leaned forward slightly. "Matt." "Yes." "Look at the tablet." Immediately, his gaze shifted. The screen reflected in his eyes. "Keep your eyes on the screen." "Yes." "Do not look away until I tell you." "Yes." Rachel nodded. The response had come instantly. Automatically. She watched him for a moment. Testing. Evaluating. Then she seemed satisfied. A small breath escaped her. Months of work. Months of uncertainty. And now she was finally here. She folded her hands together. "Good." The tablet displayed a colorful title screen waiting to begin. Animated shapes drifted lazily across the display. Simple. Bright. Childlike. Rachel looked at Matt one last time. His attention never wavered from the screen. "It is time," she said quietly, "for your new beginning." Then she pressed play. The screen flashed. Music began. And Matt's eyes remained locked on the glowing display as the first images appeared. 18
Mommy Anna Posted June 5 Author Posted June 5 And the story continues! Now that Rachel has used the birthday card trigger and Matt has had his first accident, what is the next step in Rachel's plan? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CHAPTER THREE The colorful animation on the tablet screen swirled and danced, Rachel’s soothing voice weaving through layers of gentle suggestions. Time slipped away unnoticed. Matt blinked. He lifted his head from the screen as though only a few seconds had passed. The candles on the dining table had burned significantly lower, and the soft background music had long since stopped. An odd, heavy fog lingered in his mind, but it felt distant—like a dream already fading. His stomach twisted with a sudden, desperate pressure. He shifted uncomfortably in his chair, then looked toward Rachel with wide eyes. “I… I really hafta to go potty,” he said, the word slipping out before he could catch it. His face flushed with momentary confusion. Rachel’s expression remained calm and understanding, a small smile playing at her lips. Matt stood up quickly, the urgency building fast. He hurried toward the hallway bathroom, his steps clumsy. Halfway there the pressure became overwhelming. A hot rush escaped before he could stop it, soaking through his underwear and dress pants in a humiliating flood. He froze in the bathroom doorway, staring down in shock. “No… no, no,” he whispered, his voice cracking. Tears pricked at the corners of his eyes. The confident salesman who had laughed through difficult clients now stood trembling, wet and ashamed. Rachel appeared behind him almost immediately, her presence gentle rather than startled. “Oh, sweetie,” she said softly, placing a comforting hand on his back. “It’s okay. Accidents happen. It’s not your fault.” Matt’s shoulders shook as embarrassment washed over him. “I didn’t… I couldn’t make it,” he mumbled, voice small. Rachel turned him gently toward her and wiped a tear from his cheek with her thumb. “Shhh. It’s alright, baby. These things take time to adjust. Now, take off those wet clothes right here in the bathroom and hop in the shower. Get yourself nice and clean. Then put on your jammies, okay?” Matt nodded, still sniffling, though the word “jammies” felt strangely out of place. He didn’t own pajamas. He slept in boxers and old t-shirts. But the instruction settled heavily in his mind, reinforced by months of hidden programming. He didn’t question it further. Rachel left him to clean up, closing the bathroom door with a quiet click. The warm shower helped wash away the physical mess, but the emotional confusion remained. When he stepped out and dried off, he padded into the bedroom, still slightly dazed. Laid out neatly on the bed was a set of pajamas he had never seen before. They were brightly colored with cartoon dinosaurs and smiling stars printed across soft, thick fabric. The top had snaps along the front and the pants featured an elastic waist with little grippy feet attached. Clearly designed for a much younger child, though sized to fit an adult. Matt paused, staring at them. A flicker of resistance stirred in his chest. This was ridiculous. Why were these here? Why did part of him feel like he should just... From the living room, Rachel’s voice called out, warm but firm. “Matt? Don’t dawdle, sweetheart. Put your jammies on like I told you.” A sudden spike of nervousness shot through him. The idea of disappointing her felt strangely terrifying, like an itch he needed to scratch immediately. His hands moved almost on their own. “Yes,” he answered quickly, scrambling to pull on the juvenile pajamas. The soft material felt oddly comforting against his skin despite how silly he looked. The snaps closed easily up the front. The footed pants hugged his legs snugly. Once dressed, he took a deep breath and headed back toward the living room, the padded feet of the pajamas making soft shuffling sounds on the hardwood floor. Rachel was waiting on the couch, the tablet now resting on the coffee table beside her. She looked up as he entered, her eyes sweeping over him with obvious approval and affection. “There’s my good boy,” she said gently, patting the cushion beside her. “Come sit with me.” Matt hesitated for only a second before obeying, the lingering fog in his mind making everything feel softer, simpler… and strangely safe. CHAPTER FOUR Matt settled onto the couch beside Rachel, the soft fabric of his new jammies rustling quietly. The cartoon dinosaurs and stars seemed to smile up at him from the material, and he felt strangely small under her gentle gaze. “Come here, sweetie,” Rachel cooed, her voice warm and inviting. She patted her lap. “Lay down with your head right here, baby. Let me take care of you.” Something deep inside Matt responded instantly to the word. He hesitated only a moment before stretching out along the couch, resting his head carefully in her lap. The position felt both unfamiliar and perfectly natural, like slipping into a dream he’d already been prepared for. Rachel smiled down at him, her fingers immediately threading through his dark hair in slow, soothing strokes. Her other hand rested lightly on his back, then drifted lower to pat his padded bottom with affectionate little taps. “There we go,” she murmured. “Such a good boy.” Matt’s eyes fluttered half-closed. The gentle rhythm of her touch, combined with the lingering haze in his mind, made everything feel soft and distant. The embarrassment from the accident still lingered, but her voice pushed it further away with every word. “About that little accident earlier,” she said sweetly, continuing to stroke his hair. “Don’t you worry one bit, baby. It’s perfectly okay. These things happen when you’re learning. I'm not mad at all. In fact, I’m very proud of how honest you were with me.” He let out a small, contented sigh, his body growing heavier against her. “You look so cute in your jammies,” Rachel continued, her tone bright and loving. She gave his bottom another gentle pat. “All snuggly and ready for bedtime stories. And you were such an obedient boy, putting them on right away when I asked. That makes me very happy.” Matt’s cheeks warmed, but the praise settled over him like a soft blanket. A deep submissive calm washed through his chest. His breathing slowed. His limbs felt heavy and relaxed. The confident salesman was nowhere to be found. Only this quiet, drowsy boy resting in her lap. Rachel kept running her fingers through his hair, occasionally tracing small circles on his temple. “I have a special show for you tonight, sweetie,” she whispered. “Something very nice on your new tablet. It’s going to help you feel even better.” She eased herself out from under him with careful movements, guiding his head onto a pillow so he remained comfortably stretched out on the couch. “Stay right there, baby. Just keep your eyes on the tablet. I'm going to make it nice and easy for you.” Rachel propped the colorful children’s tablet on the coffee table, angling the screen perfectly toward his face. The bright display glowed invitingly. She slipped her wireless earbuds back into her ears, protecting herself once more, then reached forward and tapped the screen. “Watch closely now,” she said softly. The tablet came to life with a burst of pretty, swirling colors. Gentle spirals of pastel pink, blue, and yellow that twisted and flowed across the screen like living candy. Cheerful, hypnotic music drifted from the speakers, layered with Rachel’s own recorded voice speaking in slow, rhythmic tones. Matt’s eyes locked onto the swirling patterns immediately. The pretty colors pulled him in, deeper and deeper, dissolving what little resistance remained. His mouth parted slightly. His breathing grew even slower. Rachel stood across from him, watching with quiet satisfaction as the video worked its magic once again. “That’s it, my sweet baby,” she whispered. “Just watch the pretty swirls. Let everything else drift away.” The living room faded around him. Only the tablet existed, with its colors, its music, and Rachel's voice guiding him further into his new beginning. 16
Eagle0769 Posted June 6 Posted June 6 What a great story. Wondering why she would do this to him. He didn't say he didn't want to get married or have kids. So she decides to hypnosis him for what she wants. I like the story I hope there will be more. 🙂
WBDaddy Posted June 6 Posted June 6 A person cannot be hypnotized into doing anything they fundamentally oppose - The CIA. I do hope Anna decides to explain just how Matt, a fully grown man, doesn't fundamentally oppose his wife turning him into a helpless infant. I get that you have a website full of audio and video files designed to hypnotize AB people into doing things they actively *want* to do, but that's the kicker - if someone *doesn't* want to do the things your files are designed to do, it will be very difficult for them to be effective. One of my most-loved stories on this website, "The Wannabe Hypnotist", deals with this directly. The protagonist uses sleep hypnosis scripts to develop not only bedwetting and thumb-sucking habits, but also a verbal daytime trigger to make her younger sister wet herself. But the sister is young enough (at age 9) to not have any walls of "fundamentally opposed" to anything, so making her feel comfortable is enough to push her into the behavior. When the mother's consequences for the behavior become uncomfortable, the hypnosis gets overridden, and the older sister has to do more work to make the behavior comfortable again, and eventually just resorts to coercion, bribery, and other nastiness to force the girl into full baby mode.

There was a story that I read on WattPad that got into that a little bit. I think it was My Sister's Problem. Essentially, the older sister feels get comfort in regression, while the younger sister has true issues with bedwetting. It was a really convoluted story, but they listen to hypnosis, which causes them to regress. Younger sister is absolutely terrible to big sister, but then gets caught, and because she was listening to it in the background, she was prone to the same thing.
Mommy Anna Posted June 11 Author Posted June 11 Here are the next two chapters. I know this is a slow build. There is plenty of diaper content coming in this story. 😉 (Though I may take a short detour to explore the mindset of each of the two characters along the way.) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CHAPTER FIVE The swirling colors on the tablet gradually faded, replaced by soft, drifting clouds and a gentle lullaby. Matt’s eyelids grew heavier and heavier until they closed completely. Time passed in a warm, formless haze. “Time for bed, sweetie,” Rachel’s voice drifted through the fog, soft and coaxing. “Come on, baby. Wake up for me.” Matt stirred slowly, blinking in confusion. His mind felt thick, like cotton stuffed behind his eyes. Everything was fuzzy and slow. He tried to sit up on the couch, but his body didn’t want to cooperate. His arms felt weak, and the room tilted slightly when he moved. “Mm… Rachel?” His words came out slurred and clumsy, the consonants soft and imprecise. Rachel was standing over him now, no longer in her elegant dinner dress. She wore a silky white negligee that draped gracefully over her body, the thin straps and delicate lace glowing softly in the low lamplight. The sight of her should have stirred something familiar and hungry in him. Instead, Matt looked up at her with heavy, unfocused eyes and felt only a deep, childlike comfort. She looked warm. Safe. He stared at the gentle swell of her chest, not with adult desire, but with a different, simpler longing. He felt a yearning to be held close, to rest against that softness and let everything else disappear. “There’s my sleepy boy,” Rachel cooed, bending down to stroke his cheek with the back of her fingers. “Look at you, all groggy and sweet. Did my special show make you nice and tired? That’s okay, baby. I'm here.” She slipped her arms around him and helped him sit up properly. Matt leaned heavily against her, unsteady on the couch cushions. His legs felt wobbly when she guided him to stand. “Easy does it, sweetie. Hold onto my hand. That’s it… good boy.” Her voice was pure honey, patient and endlessly affectionate. “One foot in front of the other. We’re going to get you all tucked into bed like a good little boy.” Matt shuffled forward, his footed pajamas making soft padding sounds. He swayed slightly and clutched her arm tighter, needing the support. Speaking felt difficult — the words tumbled around in his foggy head before he could push them out. “Feels… funny,” he mumbled thickly. “Head… all spinny.” “I know, baby,” Rachel murmured, kissing the top of his head as she guided him down the hallway. “You don’t have to talk clearly right now. Just let me take care of everything.” “You’re doing such a wonderful job just walking with me.” She kept up a steady stream of gentle baby talk, her hand never leaving his back or arm. “Such a tired little guy. But you were so good tonight, watching your special show and putting on your jammies when I asked.” “I'm so proud of my obedient little boy.” In the bedroom, the covers had already been turned down. Rachel eased him onto the edge of the bed, then helped swing his legs up. Matt flopped back against the pillows with a small, helpless sigh, his eyes blinking slowly. Rachel pulled the blankets up over him, tucking them snugly around his body. She smoothed the fabric over his chest and patted his tummy affectionately. “There we go, all snug as a bug in a rug,” she whispered, brushing hair from his forehead. “My sweet baby in his cute dinosaur jammies.” “You’re safe now. No more big-boy worries. Just rest.” She slid into bed beside him, the silky negligee whispering against the sheets. Matt instinctively turned toward her, drawn by that deep, comforting pull. Rachel opened her arms and guided his head to rest against her chest. He nuzzled in closer, pressing his cheek to the soft warmth, breathing in her familiar scent. A contented little sound escaped him. Rachel wrapped one arm around him, cradling his head while her fingers resumed their slow, soothing strokes through his hair. “Shhh… sleep now, baby,” she whispered tenderly. As Matt’s breathing grew deep and even, slipping fully into sleep, Rachel reached over to the nightstand. She slipped her wireless earbuds into place, then activated the small hidden speaker concealed near the headboard. A faint, nearly inaudible hum began — another layer of her carefully crafted recordings playing softly through the night. She smiled in the darkness, holding him close against her body. “Sweet dreams, my little one,” she murmured. “Tomorrow we take another step.” CHAPTER SIX Morning light filtered softly through the bedroom curtains. Matt stirred slowly, his body heavy with the deep sleep of the night before. He lay there for a long moment, blinking at the ceiling, trying to shake off the thick fog still clouding his thoughts. Something felt… wrong. Warm. Uncomfortably warm and damp between his legs and under his bottom. At first he thought it was sweat. He shifted slightly, and the cool, clammy sensation spread. The thick fabric of his dinosaur jammies clung heavily to his skin, saturated and cold where it touched him. A distinct, unmistakable smell reached his nose—faint but unmistakable. His hand moved hesitantly beneath the covers, pressing against the front of the pajamas. The material squelched softly under his fingers. Matt froze. Realization hit him like a slow, sickening wave. He had wet the bed! Not just a little. A full, soaking accident that had spread across the sheets beneath him. The confident twenty-seven-year-old salesman was lying in a wet spot of his own making, dressed in childish footed pajamas. His heart began to pound. The bedroom door opened cheerfully. “Good morning, sleepyhead!” Rachel sang as she stepped inside, carrying a small tray with what smelled like fresh coffee and toast. She was still wearing the silky negligee from the night before, her hair loose and glowing in the morning light. “Did my sweet boy sleep well?” Matt’s eyes widened in panic. Shame flooded his face, hot and prickling. He sat up quickly, pulling the blanket tighter around himself, but it was too late to hide anything. His lower lip trembled. “R-Rachel… I…” he stammered, his voice small and thick with sleep and embarrassment. The words wouldn’t come out right. “I didn’t mean to… it’s…” Rachel’s smile softened as she set the tray down on the dresser. She could see the fear and shame written plainly across his face. “Oh, sweetie, what’s wrong?” she asked gently, coming to sit on the edge of the bed beside him. Her hand reached out and rested on the sheets near his hip. The moment her palm touched the cold, wet fabric, she knew. She felt the extensive dampness that had soaked through. Rachel had to bite the inside of her cheek to keep from smiling with satisfaction. Instead, she kept her expression full of tender concern. “Baby…” she said softly. Matt’s eyes filled with tears. A choked sob escaped him as the full weight of his humiliation crashed down. Rachel immediately pulled him into her arms, cradling his head against her chest just like the night before. She rocked him gently, one hand rubbing slow circles on his back while the other stroked his hair. “Shhh, shhh, it’s okay, my sweet baby,” she cooed, her voice overflowing with motherly warmth. “I'm here. It’s going to be alright.” “Accidents happen, especially when little boys are going through big changes.” “You don’t have to be scared. I'm not upset with you at all.” Tears rolled down Matt’s cheeks as he clung to her, trembling. “It’s Saturday, remember?” she continued brightly, kissing the top of his head. “No work, no big-boy responsibilities today.” “Just you and Mommy taking things nice and slow.” She eased him back slightly and peeled the blankets down, revealing the full extent of the accident. The front and seat of his colorful jammies were darkly stained, and a large wet patch bloomed across the sheets where he had been lying. Matt’s face burned crimson with fresh embarrassment. He tried to cover himself, but Rachel gently moved his hands away. “None of that, sweetie. Let’s get you cleaned up.” She coaxed him to stand on shaky legs, then slowly began unsnapping the front of his wet pajamas. The soggy fabric peeled away from his skin with soft, sticky sounds. She worked patiently, sliding the drenched top off his shoulders and then easing the footed pants down his legs, leaving him completely bare and vulnerable. When the pajamas pooled around his ankles, Rachel gave his bare bottom a light, playful slap. “Off you go to the shower, baby. Get nice and clean. I’ll take care of these messy sheets.” Matt didn’t argue. Overwhelmed and still sniffling, he hurried out of the room toward the bathroom, his bare feet padding quickly down the hall. Once he was gone and the sound of the shower started, Rachel finally let the broad, radiant smile she had been holding back spread across her face. She gathered the soaked pajamas and stripped the bed with practiced efficiency, her eyes sparkling with quiet triumph. “Perfect,” she whispered to herself, already thinking about the next steps in her carefully prepared plan. “Such a good little boy already… and we’ve only just begun.” She hummed softly as she carried the wet linens toward the laundry, excited for the day ahead. 10
Eagle0769 Posted June 11 Posted June 11 Loving two chapters. Still, I wonder why she is doing this to him. Are her motherly feelings getting the best of her and she wants a baby boy to take care? "My wife put me back in diapers" was a story I read but he cheated on her. With him in diapers she finds a man to cheat on him. Loving this story to pieces. 🙂
Mommy Anna Posted June 28 Author Posted June 28 Several have asked for more insight on the mindset of each of the main characters. These next few chapters start to provide that. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CHAPTER SEVEN While the washing machine hummed softly in the background, Rachel stood in the laundry room folding the damp dinosaur pajamas with deliberate care. The wet fabric still carried the faint scent of the accident, and each fold sent a quiet thrill through her. She paused, pressing the material to her cheek for a moment, eyes half-closed. This was what she had always wanted. Not the frantic, high-powered career she had chased in her early twenties. Not the polished image of the quiet, reliable accountant everyone saw at the office. Something deeper. Something primal. Rachel had known since she was a little girl that she was meant to be a mother. While other children played house with dolls they eventually outgrew, she had cradled hers with fierce, protective tenderness long after her friends moved on to boy bands and makeup. She loved the softness of small bodies, the absolute trust in wide, innocent eyes, the way a child could surrender completely to someone who knew how to care for them. As she grew older, those maternal instincts only strengthened—layered with something else that made her pulse quicken: the deep, satisfying pleasure of being in control. She had tried the conventional path. Dated “normal” men. Smiled through conversations about careers and travel and “someday.” But none of them truly understood. They wanted partners, equals, someone to split decisions and responsibilities with fifty-fifty. Rachel wanted to *provide*. To *guide*. To hold someone so completely that their world revolved around her voice, her rules, her love. Then came Matt. At first, she had fallen hard for his easy charm, his quick laugh, the way he made her feel seen. She had waited patiently for several years, dropping gentle hints about the future. Marriage. A house with a yard. Children—God, how she ached for children. She imagined a nursery painted in soft pastels, the weight of a baby in her arms, tiny hands gripping her finger. She pictured herself as the calm, confident center of their little family, guiding everyone with the firm but loving hand she knew she possessed. But every time she steered the conversation there, Matt would flash that salesman smile and deflect. “We’ve got plenty of time, babe.” “Let’s just enjoy being us for a while.” “I don’t know if I’m ready to be someone’s dad yet.” The frustration had built slowly, like water pressing against a dam. She loved him—truly, deeply loved him—but she could feel the future she craved slipping away. Matt wanted the girlfriend experience forever: dinners, vacations, sex, laughter. He wanted the fun parts of adulthood without the commitment, without the beautiful vulnerability of becoming small and dependent in her arms. One sleepless night, after another conversation where he had changed the subject with a joke, Rachel made her decision. If he wouldn’t step into the future she needed, she would bring the future to him. She would make him her baby—soft, trusting, completely reliant on her. She would satisfy both her overwhelming maternal hunger and the dominant streak that had always simmered beneath her quiet exterior. Researching subliminal audio, hypnotic triggers, and age regression techniques had consumed her for months. She had tested recordings on herself first, carefully calibrating the layers of suggestion. Relaxation. Trust. Obedience. The need to please her. The innocent joy of letting go. The tablet, the card, the colorful “children’s” programming—all of it had been designed with surgical precision and endless love. She wasn’t doing this to punish him. She was saving them both. Rachel finished folding the pajamas and set them aside. She glanced toward the bedroom where Matt was still showering, no doubt wrestling with waves of shame and confusion. Her heart swelled with affection. "My sweet boy," she thought. "You fought so hard to stay big. But you were never meant to carry all that weight. Mommy’s here now." The dominant part of her—the part that had secretly thrilled at how quickly the triggers took hold—felt a rush of power. She loved the way his eyes went soft and glassy when she gave instructions. She loved how his adult defenses crumbled under her calm, maternal authority. This wasn’t cruelty. This was *right*. He would be happier this way. Safe. Cherished. Free from the pressure of pretending to want the big, scary future he had been avoiding. She picked up the fresh stack of laundry and carried it back toward the bedroom, her steps light. The silky negligee still clung to her body, a reminder that she was still very much a woman with desires—but those desires had shifted. She wanted his head on her chest not just for passion, but for comfort. She wanted to bathe him, dress him, feed him, correct him when needed, and reward him with praise that made him glow. As she passed the hallway mirror, Rachel caught her own reflection. Her eyes were bright, her posture confident in a way it had rarely been before. This was her true self emerging. Matt stepped out of the bathroom wrapped in a towel, hair damp, looking adorably lost. His eyes met hers—still carrying that mix of embarrassment and hazy submission. Rachel smiled, warm and certain, and opened her arms. “Come here, baby,” she said softly, her voice carrying that perfect blend of maternal sweetness and gentle command. He hesitated only a second before walking into her embrace, and Rachel held him close, one hand stroking his back while the other rested possessively at the nape of his neck. This was only the beginning. She had years of love, discipline, and nurturing stored up inside her. And now, finally, she had the perfect little boy to give it all to. CHAPTER EIGHT Matt stood under the hot spray of the shower, eyes closed, letting the water pound against his shoulders. The steam filled the small bathroom, but it did nothing to clear the thick fog still swirling in his head. Every time he tried to piece together what was happening—what had happened last night—his thoughts slipped away like wet soap. Fragments of memory drifted up instead. Not from yesterday. Older ones. Deeper. His mother. Even now, at twenty-seven, the mere thought of her brought a confusing knot of emotions twisting in his chest. On the surface, Matt had always projected the image of the confident, outgoing salesman—quick with a joke, firm handshake, the kind of man who closed deals and never backed down. But behind that carefully built exterior lived a boy who had never been fully allowed to grow up. From the moment he could remember, his mother had kept him small. She called him her “precious little man” long after other boys his age were embarrassed by such nicknames. While his friends were given chores and responsibilities, she hovered. She packed his lunches with little notes and cartoon napkins well into middle school. She picked out his clothes. She kissed his scraped knees and rocked him in her lap even when he was tall enough that his legs dangled awkwardly off the chair. Part of him had *hated* it. The other kids teased him when they found out. “Mommy’s boy.” He resented the way she infantilized him, the way she made him feel weak and dependent when all he wanted was to prove he was strong. He pushed back as a teenager, arguing, slamming doors, wearing the most “manly” clothes he could find. He joined sports, lifted weights, dated aggressively, anything to shake off the cloying sweetness of being babied. But another part of him, the part he buried deepest, had loved it. Loved the safety. The warmth. The complete absence of pressure. When the world felt too big and scary, there was always Mommy’s lap, her soft voice, her unquestioning love. That secret comfort had burrowed into him like a seed. And then there were the nights. Matt’s face burned under the shower spray as the memories surfaced. He had been a chronic bedwetter—well into his early teens. Doctors said it was stress-related. His mother refused to “push” him. No harsh alarms, no strict training charts, no shame. Instead, every night after his bath, she would lay him down on a changing mat and tape him snugly into thick nighttime diapers. “You’re my little boy,” she would coo as she fastened the tapes, powdering him generously. “Big boys can wait. My sweet baby needs his protection so he can sleep safe and dry.” He had fought it at first—tears, protests, burning humiliation. The plastic crinkle, the bulky padding between his legs, the way it forced him to waddle slightly even in his pajamas. But night after night, the ritual continued. And slowly, something shifted. The shame never fully went away. He hated how it made him feel helpless and small. He hated sneaking the used diapers into the trash in the morning, praying no one would notice the smell or the bulk in the garbage. He hated lying to friends about sleepovers. Yet in the quiet darkness, once the tapes were secure and his mother had tucked him in with kisses and a bedtime story, a strange, guilty peace would settle over him. The diaper was warm and soft. It held him. It took away the fear of waking up in a cold, wet bed and facing disappointment. For those hours, he didn’t have to try so hard to be big. He could just *be*. His mother never rushed him. Even when he finally started staying dry more consistently around fourteen, she kept diapering him for several more years—“just in case, baby.” Part of him suspected she enjoyed it too. The closeness. The control. The role of eternal caretaker. When he finally moved out for college, he had thrown himself into hyper-masculine adulthood with almost frantic energy. No more diapers. No more babying. He dated women who were independent and career-focused. He avoided anything that smelled of vulnerability. He told himself he was free. But the truth was more complicated. Deep down, the pull remained. A confusing ache for that same unconditional surrender. The safety of being small. The comfort of letting someone else take charge completely. That was why Rachel’s gentle dominance over the past two years had felt so dangerously good, even as he deflected her talks about marriage and children. He wanted her. He loved her. But the idea of becoming a father, of being the strong, responsible adult, had quietly terrified him. What if he failed? What if he secretly *wanted* to fail and be taken care of instead? Now, standing in the shower with the ghost of last night’s accident still lingering on his skin, Matt felt the old programming and new triggers colliding inside him. The thick fog in his mind made resistance feel distant and exhausting. Part of him wanted to fight, to reclaim the confident man he had built. But another part, the little boy who had been secretly diapered and coddled for years, felt a treacherous sense of relief at the idea of letting go again. He turned off the water with shaking hands and stepped out, wrapping a towel around his waist. When he opened the bathroom door, Rachel was waiting in the hallway. Her smile was radiant, full of love and gentle authority. “Come here, sweetie,” she said softly, reaching for his hand. “Time to get ready for the day.” Matt’s heart hammered. Old shame and old comfort swirled together as he let her lead him toward the bedroom. For the first time in years, the conflicting parts of him didn’t feel quite so contradictory. 10
erik_hamburg Posted June 28 Posted June 28 Love the story. I wished I had a wife like that who took care of my subconscious needs. Question: is she aware of his past?
Eagle0769 Posted June 28 Posted June 28 Another great chapter will two chapters. I like your writing and how you explain what is going on can't wait for the rest.
Mike D Posted July 1 Posted July 1 Really well written. And it shows that you really “get” what this side of the kink is about. Looking forward to more.
Mommy Anna Posted July 3 Author Posted July 3 These next few chapters start to provide more insight on the mindset of Matt in particular. And the diapers are coming - very, very soon! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CHAPTER NINE Rachel took Matt’s hand firmly and led him down the short hallway to the bedroom. The thick fog still clouded his thoughts, making his steps feel slightly unsteady. He clutched the towel around his waist, cheeks still warm with lingering embarrassment from the shower and the memories it had stirred. Once inside, Rachel guided him to stand beside the bed. Laid out neatly on the comforter were normal clothes—his usual weekend outfit of dark jeans, a simple button-down shirt, socks, and boxers. Nothing childish this time. Matt felt a small wave of relief. “I can do it,” he mumbled, reaching for the boxers. Rachel gently but decisively brushed his hands aside. “Let me, sweetie.” Her voice was calm and patient, the same tone she used when explaining complex spreadsheets at work. She knelt in front of him and helped slide the underwear up his legs, then the jeans, working efficiently as though dressing him was the most natural thing in the world. Every time his hands moved to assist, she nudged them away with soft, practiced motions. “Hands down, baby. I’ve got you.” Matt stood there, feeling strangely passive as she buttoned his shirt and smoothed the fabric over his chest. The fog made it hard to insist. Her touch was gentle, confident, and oddly comforting. “There we go,” she said, stepping back to admire him. “All dressed and looking like my handsome little helper.” Matt blinked, trying to shake off the haze. “Rachel… I have things to do today. I was supposed to catch up on some work emails and—” She smiled indulgently and cupped his cheek, tilting his head so he met her eyes. “Shh. You don’t need to worry about any of that right now. We have errands to run today, and there’s quite a bit of shopping to do. I need my little helper with me.” He frowned, a flicker of his old salesman confidence trying to surface. “But I really should—” Rachel placed a finger lightly against his lips, her expression kind but firm, the way one might quiet a protesting child. “Those big-boy things can wait. Today you’re going to be a very good helper for me. You want to be good for me, don’t you?” The words carried a subtle weight that settled into the conditioned parts of his mind. Matt felt a small anxious flutter in his chest at the idea of disappointing her. He nodded slowly. “Good,” she said warmly, brushing a strand of hair from his forehead. “That’s my sweet boy. Now, I expect you to behave nicely while we’re out. No fussing, no trying to rush me. Just stay close and do as I ask. Can you do that for me?” Matt opened his mouth to protest again, but the words felt heavy and distant. “I… yeah, I guess.” Rachel’s smile brightened. She gave his cheek a gentle pat. “See? Already doing so well. We’re going to have a lovely day together. Lots of nice stores, and you’ll help me pick things out and carry the bags like a helpful little gentleman. Won’t that be nice?” She took his hand again, interlacing their fingers, and gave it a reassuring squeeze. The subtle promise of praise—and the quiet expectation of obedience—hung gently in the air between them. “Come along now,” she said, leading him toward the door. “We have a full day ahead, and I know you’re going to make me very proud.” Matt followed, the fog softening his resistance as Rachel guided him out of the apartment, already planning the shopping trip that would continue shaping her carefully crafted new beginning. CHAPTER TEN The car hummed along the familiar route to the shopping district. Matt sat in the passenger seat, hands resting awkwardly in his lap, staring out the window as familiar streets passed by in a soft blur. Rachel drove with calm confidence, one hand on the wheel, the other occasionally reaching over to give his knee a gentle, reassuring pat. On the surface, everything looked normal. He was dressed like an adult. They were running weekend errands like any other couple. But inside Matt’s head, a storm was raging. This isn’t right. I’m twenty-seven years old. I close six-figure deals. I don’t need someone dressing me or telling me I’m a “good helper.” The thought felt sharp, almost desperate, but it kept slipping away, dulled by the heavy, cottony fog that still clouded his mind. Every time he tried to grab onto his old sense of self—the confident salesman, the independent man—the suggestions Rachel had planted over months wrapped around the impulse like warm, heavy blankets, smothering it. He hated how good it felt. That was the worst part. The conflict tore at him from two directions. Part of him recoiled in genuine alarm. He could feel control sliding through his fingers like sand. Last night he had wet himself. This morning he had stood there passively while Rachel dressed him, brushing his hands away as if he were a clumsy toddler. Now he was being taken on errands like a child on an outing with his mother. The humiliation burned low in his stomach. What if someone from work saw him like this—following Rachel around obediently, carrying bags, speaking in that small, uncertain voice that kept creeping out? But another part, the part of him that had secretly loved being powdered and taped into thick diapers by his own mother, the part that had always found peace in surrendering, whispered that letting go felt safe. No big decisions. No pressure to be the strong one, the provider, the future father. Just the simple, warm relief of letting Rachel handle everything. Her voice, her touch, her gentle expectations—they quieted the noise in his head in a way nothing else ever had. He shifted in his seat, feeling a faint, residual dampness from the night before that made his skin crawl with shame. "I’m not a baby", he thought fiercely. Yet when Rachel glanced over and smiled at him, that familiar anxious flutter returned—the deep, conditioned need to be good for her, to earn her praise. “You’re being so quiet, sweetie,” Rachel said softly, her tone affectionate but carrying that unmistakable note of authority. “Everything okay?” Matt opened his mouth, wanting to push back. To tell her he needed to go home and answer emails. To reclaim some fragment of his adult life. Instead, the words that came out were smaller. “I… I just feel weird today.” Rachel reached over and squeezed his hand. “That’s alright. You don’t have to feel big all the time. Just stay close to me and be my good little helper. Can you do that?” The subtle reminder settled into him. Matt felt his resistance waver again. The part of him that resented losing control screamed silently, but it was growing quieter, exhausted from fighting the programming and the deep, buried comfort from his childhood. He remembered lying in those crinkly diapers as a boy—humiliated, yet strangely content because someone else had taken responsibility for his accidents, his fears, his needs. He didn’t want to need that again. But God, part of him did. “Yes,” he whispered, almost against his will. The word brought a tiny spark of relief, and that scared him most of all. Rachel’s smile was radiant. “Good boy.” Matt turned back toward the window, heart pounding. He could feel himself balancing on a knife’s edge—half terrified of how easily he was slipping, half aching for the peace that came with total surrender. Every gentle instruction from Rachel chipped away at the man he had fought so hard to become. And with each chip, the frightened, secretly comforted little boy inside him breathed a little easier. As they pulled into the parking lot of the first store, Matt swallowed hard, clenching his fists. "Fight it," one voice urged. "Let her take care of you," whispered another. He didn’t know which one would win. More than that. He didn't know which one SHOULD win. And that uncertainty terrified him more than anything. 11
Mommy Anna Posted July 8 Author Posted July 8 Finally, what you've all been waiting for - Diapers! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CHAPTER ELEVEN A few hours later, the sun hung lower in the sky as Rachel pulled into the crowded parking lot of the large grocery store. They had already visited four other shops—mostly for her. New blouses, skincare products, soft bedding, and decorative items for the apartment. Through every store, Rachel had kept Matt close by her side, gently steering him with a hand on his back or wrist whenever he drifted even a few feet away. Her voice had grown progressively sweeter, softer, and more maternal with every stop. Matt had drunk a large coffee during their first errand and a full soda with the quick lunch they grabbed between stores. Now the pressure in his bladder had built steadily, but he clamped down on the urge, determined not to show weakness. Rachel popped the trunk and handed him several reusable grocery bags. Then she lifted out a very large, new purse-like bag he had never seen before. It was soft canvas in a neutral beige, big enough to carry quite a bit. She slung it over her shoulder without explanation. “Come along, sweetie,” she said, taking his hand and pulling him gently toward the entrance. “Stay right by me.” Inside the brightly lit store, Rachel selected a cart and immediately placed Matt’s hand on the side handle. “Keep your hand right here,” she told him warmly. “I don’t want you wandering off.” The shopping took a long time. Rachel moved slowly down every aisle, comparing brands, reading labels, and occasionally holding up items for his opinion. “Do you like these, or the ones with the little stars?” she asked in that same patient, motherly tone. Matt’s replies grew shorter as the pressure in his bladder increased. He shifted his weight from foot to foot. Then crossed one leg slightly in front of the other. The fidgeting started small but grew more noticeable. His free hand clenched into a fist at his side. The coffee and soda had done their work far too well. Rachel noticed immediately. She watched his little potty dance with quiet satisfaction but said nothing at first, simply continuing to browse the shelves at a leisurely pace. Minutes stretched on. The urgency built into a sharp, desperate ache. Matt’s face grew flushed. He pressed his thighs together when he thought she wasn’t looking, rocking slightly on his heels. Small beads of sweat formed on his forehead. Finally, Rachel turned to him with gentle concern. “Sweetheart, do you need to go to the bathroom?” Matt shook his head quickly, jaw tight. “No. I’m fine.” But his shifting feet, pressed knees, and strained expression told a completely different story. Rachel simply nodded and continued pushing the cart. They moved into the next aisle. The need grew worse. Urgent, insistent, almost painful. He could feel his control slipping. His breathing became shallow. The hand gripping the cart turned white at the knuckles. Rachel watched him carefully for another long moment, then asked in the soft, coaxing voice a mother uses with a struggling toddler, “Do you need to go potty, baby?” The phrase hit like a trigger. “Do you need to go potty” Matt’s mind shut off. His body froze mid-fidget, eyes going wide and distant. For one brief, horrifying second, everything simply… stopped. Then came the hiss. A hot, powerful stream flooded into his boxers, soaking through the fabric and darkening the front and crotch of his jeans in rapid, unstoppable waves. The wet heat spread quickly down his legs, forming visible trails along the denim and pooling slightly in his shoes. The hissing sound seemed impossibly loud to him in the quiet grocery aisle, though the ambient noise of the store mostly covered it. A few shoppers nearby glanced over, their eyes widening as they registered the growing wet patch on the front of his pants and the small puddle forming beneath him. Matt stood paralyzed, face burning with crushing humiliation. Tears pricked at the corners of his eyes. The confident salesman was gone, replaced by a grown man standing in a public grocery store, actively wetting his pants like a little boy who couldn’t hold it. Shame crashed over him in heavy waves. He wanted the floor to swallow him whole. Rachel’s expression remained one of tender concern on the outside, but inside she felt a deep, secret rush of satisfaction. "Perfect," she thought, her pulse quickening with quiet triumph. The programming had worked even better than she’d hoped. She stepped closer, shielding him slightly with her body while gently rubbing his back. “Oh, sweetie,” she murmured softly, her voice full of loving sympathy. “It’s okay. Accidents happen. Let’s get you taken care of.” Matt remained frozen in place, the warm wetness continuing to cool against his skin and the eyes of strangers lingering on his obvious shame. CHAPTER TWELVE Rachel guided a trembling, mortified Matt quickly through the store toward the family bathroom at the back. She kept one arm around his shoulders, shielding him as best she could from curious glances. The moment the door clicked shut behind them and she locked it, she turned to him with soft, motherly concern. “Oh, my poor baby,” she cooed gently, crouching down to untie his soaked shoes. “It’s alright. These things happen. After your accident in bed last night, I thought something like this might happen today, so I came prepared.” Matt barely heard her. Hot tears streamed down his flushed cheeks as he stood there sniffling, overwhelmed with shame. He made no move to help as she removed his wet shoes and socks, then unbuttoned his shirt and peeled the damp jeans and underwear down his legs. Piece by piece, she stripped him completely naked in the middle of the family bathroom, her movements efficient yet tender. She pulled a thick, foldable changing pad from the large purse-like bag and spread it out on the tiled floor. “There we go. Come lie down right here on the pad, sweetie. Let me take care of everything.” Still crying softly, Matt obeyed and lowered himself onto the pad. Rachel knelt beside him, stroking his hair. “Shhh, it’s okay, baby. Mommy will take care of everything. Just relax and let me clean you up.” She took out a package of baby wipes and began gently cleaning his groin, bottom, and inner thighs with slow, thorough strokes. There was no hint of arousal from Matt. Only deep embarrassment and the lingering fog in his mind. The cool wipes made him shiver as she wiped away every trace of the accident. Then Rachel reached back into the bag and pulled out a large, thick diaper printed with colorful cartoon animals and stars. The moment he saw it, Matt’s eyes widened. “N-nooo!” he whimpered in a small, babylike voice. “No diapee! Pwease.” Memories flooded back all at once: his mother laying him down on the changing table as a boy, the crinkle of plastic, the smell of powder, the way she had patiently diapered him night after night for years. The same helpless feeling washed over him now. Rachel ignored his objections. "Mommy has to diaper you, sweetie. You've had two big accidents in less than a day." "It will all be ok. Mommy will make it all better." "You'll be so much happier because you'll be protected from any more accidents." "Won't that feel nice, baby? No more worries about having an accident?" Rachel smiled lovingly and unfolded the diaper with a soft rustle. “Lift your bottom for me, sweetie.” Matt was heavily conflicted. Fearing the diaper, but feeling helpless to resist. And perhaps, deep inside, wanting the comfort the diaper offered. Sniffling and crying, Matt obeyed. She slid the thick diaper underneath him. The padding felt incredibly soft and cushioned against his skin. She sprinkled a generous amount of baby powder over his diaper area, the sweet scent filling the small room, then brought the front up snugly between his legs. One by one, she fastened the four tapes, each one sounding final and secure. Matt felt every tape seal tightly around his waist. He was torn between the trapped, humiliating sensation of being taped into a bulky diaper like a toddler and the deep, comforting familiarity it brought. The softness. The security. The way it held him. Rachel helped him stand up. From her bag she produced a thin pair of blue shorts and worked them up his legs. They fit snugly over the diaper but did almost nothing to hide its bulk. The padding pushed out noticeably between his thighs and around his bottom. The waistband of the diaper peeked clearly above the low-rise shorts. She then pulled a brightly striped shirt over his head and smoothed it down. “There,” she said warmly, stepping back to admire him. “You look so cute like this.” "Mommy's cute little boy." Matt stood there in just the shirt and shorts, diaper crinkling with every small movement, tears still rolling down his cheeks. Rachel looked at his soaked shoes on the floor and shook her head. “Those are ruined, I’m afraid.” She spoke to him like a small child. "You wait right here in the bathroom for me, okay? Be a good boy and don’t touch anything. Mommy’s going to find you something better for your feet. I’ll be right back.” Before he could respond, she gathered the wet clothes into a plastic bag, picked up his ruined shoes, and slipped out of the family bathroom, closing the door firmly behind her with a soft click. Matt stood alone in the bathroom, thick diaper crinkling softly, shorts riding up over the padded bulk, feeling smaller and more exposed than he ever had in his life. 13

Mommy Anna Posted yesterday at 03:12 AM Author Posted yesterday at 03:12 AM CHAPTER THIRTEEN Matt stood alone in the family bathroom, the thick silence pressing in on him. Every tiny shift of his weight caused the diaper to crinkle loudly. He turned toward the mirror and froze. The reflection staring back at him was devastating. The thin blue shorts did almost nothing to conceal the bulky diaper underneath. The padded crotch pushed his legs apart slightly, and the decorated waistband of the diaper was clearly visible above the waistband of the shorts. The bright striped shirt only made him look younger. He looked exactly like a toddler who had just had an accident and needed changing. Shame burned through him, hot and sickening. "I’m a grown man. This can’t be happening." Yet beneath the humiliation, the diaper’s soft, padded embrace felt strangely comforting—secure, warm, and forgiving. It held everything. Just like it had when he was younger. "Mommy," he whispered, voice cracking. He immediately corrected himself, horrified. "No. She’s not— I’m not—" A store announcement suddenly crackled over the speakers: “Clean up in aisle nine. Clean up in aisle nine.” Matt’s stomach dropped. Aisle nine. They were mopping up his puddle right now. He imagined all the shoppers who had seen him standing there, jeans darkening, puddle spreading at his feet. The looks. The whispers. How would they look at him when he finally left this bathroom? His lower lip trembled. Anxiety twisted tighter in his chest. "Where is she? Why is she taking so long?" Tears welled up faster. He was on the verge of full-blown wailing when the door finally clicked open. Rachel stepped inside carrying a pair of brightly colored blue-and-yellow flip-flops with little cartoon fish on them. The moment she saw his tear-streaked face, she set everything down and pulled him into her arms. “Oh, my poor baby,” she murmured, cradling the back of his head against her chest and rocking him gently. “Shhh, shhh. Mommy’s here. I’m right here. Everything’s okay.” She wiped his eyes with a soft tissue, then knelt and slipped the flip-flops onto his bare feet. Only then did Matt fully register what the large bag she had been carrying all day truly was. It wasn’t just a purse. It was a diaper bag, stuffed with everything she needed to take care of him. Rachel gathered their things, slung the diaper bag over her shoulder, and took his hand. “Come on, sweetie. Let’s go finish up.” She led him out of the bathroom. Their shopping cart was waiting right outside. “Hand on the cart, just like before,” she reminded him gently. Matt obeyed, but his eyes darted around nervously. For a moment it seemed like no one was paying attention. Then, as they moved down the aisle, the crinkle of his diaper became impossible to ignore with every step. A few shoppers glanced over. Their eyes lingered on his childish outfit, then dropped to the obvious padded bulk between his legs and the diaper peeking above his shorts. A couple of small children pointed openly. “Look, Mommy! That big boy is wearing a diaper!” Matt’s face burned crimson. His breathing grew shaky. Rachel noticed immediately and knew he was reaching his limit. She didn't want a full meltdown in the middle of the store. Not yet. She turned the cart toward the checkout lanes, cutting the rest of the shopping short. At the register, the middle-aged cashier gave Matt a quick once-over, her gaze settling on the exposed waistband of his diaper. A knowing smile crossed her face. “Well, aren’t you being such a good boy helping Mommy shop today?” she said cheerfully. Then, turning to Rachel, “Some little boys are just harder to train than others, aren’t they?” Rachel patted Matt’s padded bottom affectionately. “He’s trying,” she agreed warmly. “We’ve had a couple of accidents last night and today, but we’re making progress.” Matt wanted the floor to open up and swallow him. The humiliation was crushing. Yet at the same time, he pressed closer to Rachel’s side, clinging to her arm, desperate for the safety she represented. She paid for their items, then took his hand again as they left the store. “You did such a good job staying with me,” she murmured, squeezing his fingers. “Mommy’s so proud of her brave little boy. Let’s get you home.” Matt walked beside her in his crinkling diaper and childish clothes, cheeks still wet with tears, torn between utter humiliation and the overwhelming need to stay close to the only person who made him feel safe. CHAPTER FOURTEEN The drive home was quiet. Matt sat in the passenger seat, staring out the window in a daze. His mind was a whirlwind of conflicting emotions—deep shame over what had happened in the grocery store, the crinkle of the thick diaper with every bump in the road, and the strange, unwanted comfort it provided. He kept stealing glances at Rachel, who drove with a serene look. Rachel, for her part, was quietly thrilled. Everything was progressing even better than she had planned. The triggers were holding strong, and Matt was slipping deeper into his new role with each passing hour. She couldn’t wait for the next steps. When they arrived home, Rachel led him straight to the bedroom. “Time for a nap, sweetie,” she said gently. “I’m not tired,” Matt protested, sounding exactly like a cranky child. “I don’t need a nap.” But Rachel was firm. She tucked him into bed, pulling the covers up to his chest and stroking his hair. “You’ve had a very big day with lots of big feelings. You need your rest. Close your eyes now.” Exhausted from the emotional rollercoaster, Matt eventually drifted off. A couple of hours later, Rachel woke him softly. She pulled back the covers and felt the front of his diaper with practiced ease. She stuck two fingers into the leg of his shorts and under the side of his diaper. Matt didn't know what to think as Rachel checked his diaper like any mother would check her baby's diaper. He knew he should object, but he bring himself to say anything. “You’re a little wet, but it’s not time for a change yet,” she told him cheerfully. Matt’s face flushed bright red. He was stunned and deeply embarrassed that he had wet himself again without even realizing it. They had a surprisingly normal dinner together at the table. Rachel chatted about ordinary things, keeping her tone light. Afterward, she suggested watching a movie. She coaxed Matt onto the couch, guiding his head into her lap. He hesitated but eventually relaxed against her, her fingers gently playing with his hair. Halfway through the movie, Matt felt the familiar urge to use the bathroom. He shifted uncomfortably, unsure what to do or say. Before he could decide, his bladder simply relaxed. A warm flood filled the front of his diaper. The soft hiss was audible in the quiet room. Rachel heard it and smiled to herself, continuing to stroke his hair as if nothing had happened. Matt tried to act like everything was normal, staying perfectly still. When the movie ended and they stood up, a small wet spot was visible on the couch cushion where he had been lying. Matt’s eyes widened in fresh embarrassment. “Oh no” he whispered, voice cracking. Rachel pulled him close immediately. “Shhh, it’s okay, baby." "That’s my fault. I should have taken proper precautions." "I’ll fix it, don’t you worry.” She led him upstairs to get ready for bed. In the bedroom, she undressed him completely. His shorts were wet along the sides where the diaper had leaked slightly. Rachel grabbed the diaper bag. She laid out the changing mat and diaper changing supplies on the bed. She motioned for him to lie down. “I don’t want another diaper,” Matt whined, squirming. “Sweetheart, after today it’s very necessary,” she said calmly. "It's Mommy's decision, and my decision is final." “This is what’s best for you.” She changed him efficiently, wiping him clean and applying a generous amount of baby powder before taping him into a fresh, thick diaper. Once he was rediapered, she helped him stand. “Stay right there,” she instructed. Rachel reached into the diaper bag and pulled out a pair of large, milky-white plastic pants decorated with a sweet nursery print. “These will help prevent any more leaks like earlier.” Matt’s eyes filled with tears. “No. Pwease, not those.” But Rachel coaxed him gently. “Step in, one foot at a time. There’s my good boy.” She worked the plastic pants up over the bulky diaper, carefully tucking everything in snugly. Then she slipped a soft shirt over his head. He looked longingly toward his regular pajama pants on the floor next to the bed, but Rachel shook her head. “This will be just fine,” she said, patting his padded, plastic-covered bottom. “And this way it’s easier for me to check your diaper during the night.” After he brushed his teeth, she tucked him into bed. Rachel left briefly to get ready for bed herself. When she returned wearing her silky negligee, she climbed in beside him and pulled Matt close, guiding his face to rest against the soft warmth of her chest. He whimpered softly. “Shhh… sleep now, baby,” she whispered, rubbing slow circles on his back. “Mommy’s got you.” Gradually, soothed by her warmth, her scent, and the gentle rhythm of her hand, Matt’s whimpers faded. He nuzzled into her chest. His breathing grew deep and even as he drifted off to sleep in her arms. When Rachel was sure he was asleep, she slowly moved away. She reached over to her nightstand and grabbed her earbuds. Placing them in her ears, she used her phone to turn on the nighttime recordings to play through the hidden speakers by their bed. She had selected the recording she had prepared as the next step. She eased back over to Matt, wrapping her arms around him again. Rachel held him close and she knew she was on her way to having the baby she had always wanted. 9 1
