Diaper Bearer Posted April 12 Posted April 12 I went on an ATV adventure near my home and I had a couple learning experiences. I had a high capacity diaper on and it was dry when I left home. However, things quickly changed when I got on the ATV and the road started getting very bumpy. I had so many accidents going up I don't think I've ever had that many in such a short amount of time. by the time I wanted to turn around the diaper was leaking through my pants. When I got back my diaper was probably the wettest one I've ever had on and I had a few very big wet spots on my pants. Id say I would be embarrassed, but there wasn't a single person on that road. I'm more disappointed I didn't throw something in my backpack incase I needed a change. Anyway lesson learned I guess, always bring a spare diaper, and be careful on bumpy roads. 2
Little Sherri Posted April 12 Posted April 12 Great story, @Diaper Bearer. I've been there - not on an ATV, but I was having beers in a buddy's garage a couple of years ago, and stayed way later than I originally thought I was going to, and had more beers than I thought I would have, and I didn't have a diaper bag with me. I realized at one point that I had leaked badly, but thankfully, I was in a garage, and sitting on a metal bar stool, so there was no collateral damage. However, we were approaching the point of the evening where everyone was going to be saying their goodbyes, and standing up, and walking out of the garage, and the wetness of my lower half might have become apparent, so I "accidentally" dumped a bit of my beer on my lap, so that I could have an excuse for being wet, when I stood up. 2
technomonkey Posted June 2 Posted June 2 About 20 years ago, i went Jeep Off-Roading did not think i was going to get wet maybe a little mud flying but nope. I got muddy and clothing soaked the plastic on my diaper kept my but dry.
Greybird Posted June 9 Posted June 9 I am paranoid about not having a change of nappies with me. So much so that I always carry two spares. I travel to NZ every year from the UK and my carry on bag has about six nappies to change into. My bags have been opened on several occasions displaying my (slightly ABDL) nappies for all to see and I don’t care, I would rather be dry!!!
Slomo Posted June 9 Posted June 9 Pro tip. Throw a couple of diapers in the spare tire compartment of your car, or stick one under your car seat. Nobody will ever see it, and you'll always have a spare near by. But also consider keeping a spare backpack in your car too. Have a spare diaper, change of pants, powder, wipes, a few small plastic bags, and any other emergency supplies you might need. No need to always carry it with you. I also keep the backpack in my car, and it works fine for me should I ever need a diaper bag. 1
barbiejoanne Posted August 7 Posted August 7 i learned years ago to always have a change in my diaper bag with me, I just shared an experiance I had years ago at a Dr. appointment. https://www.dailydiapers.com/board/index.php?/topic/81312-have-you-ever-had-an-accident-during-a-medical-exam/&page=2#findComment-2253325 Now days I keep a t-shirt and leggings as they don't take up much space and are easy to slip into Sorry you had this experience, hopefully you will be ready for next time, and yes there will be a nex time.
