Interesting Product Placement (Northshore Care)

I'm driving in my car today listening to the baseball game on the Red Sox Shaws / Stah Mahket radio network.   The batter gets walked and then the announcer says "This loss of control is brought to you by Northshore Care" and goes into a brief pitch on incontinence supplies.

Uh, yeah, that seems a little clunky.  They should probably stick to soft-focus photographs of slender, smiling, silver-foxes bicycling through sun-dappled forests...

During a recent Cubs game, NorthShore ran a straight up "NorthShore Adult Diaper" ad. And they are sponsoring Cubs Saves, donating to some charity. 

I always thought Pitcher Changes should be their sponsorship target, or errors. 

 

And yes the ad referred to them as diapers.

Northshore are heros for how they are handling incontinence advertising. They sponsor Red Sox Radio too.

I absolutely guarantee I'd be in diapers for any MLB ball game.  Any major sporting event in general as well...

I believe that Huggies Pull Ups used to be a sponsor of MLB baseball a few years ago.

How about after two consecutive home runs;  "It's time to change the pitcher," followed by a NorthShore advertisement!

I'll have to say, I've worn a diaper to just about every baseball game (mostly minor league) that I've been to in the past decade.
