What vinyl/plastic sheets do you use to protect your bed

What are some good plastic/vinyl sheets you've used.

I used to have some cheap plastic sheets but after one year of use they became hard and stiff and then eventually cracked, I've had the same experience with vinyl pants as well. I'm currently using SureGuard, I found this one to be pretty interesting because it has a terry cloth lining on one side and then plastic on the other so it feels like you're sleeping on a terry cloth and it's not as noisy. I can't speak to the longevity of this product though I've only had it for a few months. The only issue I've had so far is trying to get my bed sheets on because they have a rubber grip around the edge that stick to the terry cloth and make it very difficult to put on the sheet.

I have one from LL Medico. The elastic wore out long ago, but I still have it. I don't  need it anymore because I don't leak anymore, and I wear cloth diapers. I've learned how to manage that.

Plastic and vinyl both need to be replaced at times. My experience is that plastic sheets dry out and crack faster than vinyl ones. When I was growing up I had a rubber sheet on my bed. They're more durable I think.

Interesting, I wasn't aware, I just always assumed they dried out and cracked due to the cheap quality

I being a plastic lover, I like to sleep on the plastic, and body oils will make the sheet hard much faster. But I have slept in my recliner for several yrs now, with a couple pads to help for leaks..and the chair is an older leather chair..

I used a "Conni" brand waterproof mattress cover.  Over the top of that I have a standard el-cheapo cotton/polyester protector because neither my partner nor I want to be sleeping on plastic.  In the event of the odd leak, the standard mattress protector is easily washed and the mattress beneath is fine because the Conni blocked the moisture and can be wiped. 

You wouldn't know it was there.

Ich trage am liebsten Gummihosen aus schwarzer, glänzender Pvc Folie. Bei uns heißen die Plastikhosen einfach Gummihosen und ich trage sie auch ohne Windel.

I have an (accidentally purchased by my parents) waterproof mattress cover underneath my sheets and I have a pee pad under my body.....although that always winds up someplace else as i move during the night.

I use a heavy duty 7 gauge vinyl sheet made by Leakmaster that you can buy on Amazon. Very durable.

I have a mattress protector and a waterproof mattress pad our bed. Works great. I also wear cloth pull on diapers and plastic pants at night. Been a bedwetter nearly my whole life. Now age 75.

I have a cotton backed rubber sheet. Rubber sheets last for ever.
