Working on an article about the people you wouldn't expect who wear diapers.

So, What's your job that you do while wearing diapers?

Had many jobs.  Worked in fast food in High School, then a mom and pop grocery store.  Worked for a print shop for many years, then a major world wide utility for 12 years.  Retired now.  Never ever wore a diaper to work, and never would.

I'm retired now, but I do a lot of volunteer computer work for non-profits.    For decades before that, I ran a software company.   For a while, I was working from home.   My office was a spare bedroom with it's own bathroom.   Mostly I worked in a diaper and a T-shirt.   Sometimes, I'd do some "thinking" in the tub with bubbles using bath crayons to scribble notes on the tile.   My wife would call home from time to to time and tell me she was bringing someone over and to put my pants on.

At least she called. Did she ever forget to call?

What I do is probably best described as engineering management. I do wear diapers to work, although I work from home a fair bit. But  even when I'm at the office, or on site somewhere, I am dressed like a toddler, under my jeans, khakis, or Nomex jumpsuit, depending on where I am.

I spent most of my life floating somewhere between the R&D engineers and the salesforce and/or support teams for IT manufacturers doing advanced support and/or product training but finished up in engineering management for that same sector.  I wore nappies for my last couple of years of work, travelling a LOT before COVID ended the party and we all got laid off.  I then wore nappies at work for a couple more years doing basic tech work in the disability sector part time.

These days I’m basically retired.  I waste money on electronic junk from Ali-Express and poke hairs down the sink.  Still in nappies.

I've been in IT all my adult life. Everything from writing code to building firewalls. Some days I'm semi-retired and other days I'm working full time and I wear some sort of diaper most of the time.
