PrincessPuddle Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Hello people, this is my first post, and I'm asking for advise on to become weak bladdered. I don't wich to become incontinent, But often have close calls, sometimes leak a bit, and even at some point having accidents, because I held for too long. Part of me wants it because I currently have a strong bladder, and weirdly it makes me feel dysphoric (I'm a trans girl), and cis women usually have a weaker bladder (I know this can seem weird but idk Dysphoria is randomly mean sometimes). So my goal is to have a weak bladder, still manageable, but with tense moment and clearly noticeable, to the point people would notice I need to pee often. ANy advise on this ? I started hrt and as espected it did not, as of now, do something (I'm taking a treatment with a T-blocker that is not a diuretic). But I only started alittle more than a month ago. I plan to get srs one day, would this help? Anyway, any advise is welcomed! 2
brenty Posted February 9 Posted February 9 This thread describes another user’s process for developing an OAB like this https://www.dailydiapers.com/board/index.php?/topic/96471-how-i-successfully-achieved-an-oab/

I want to avoid bedwetting, but if it needs to happen some time to time it's fine. If you guys have any idea? Like my body will probably not wake up and just streight up hold it for the rest of the night, I can always wear diaper for a while but eh... expensive...
DaveeBEd Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Hi PrincessPuddle. Firstly may I wish you the very best of luck with our goal. As someone who's made themselves dual IC, you really should think very seriously about your aims. However if you do wish to proceed then I would say it should be easier to achieve than aiming for IC. When aiming for genuine IC the skill to learn is relaxation and just letting go as soon as you feel any need to urinate until you reach the stage where you no longer receive the signal "I need to go". The advantage of reaching this stage is you rarely get accidents as there's an almost constant dribble into your diaper until you realise it's become quite heavy and then you change. With your plan you can at least force yourself to go when your bladder is nowhere near full. I don't see why (lifestyle permitting) you couldn't instantly start going every 15 - 20 minutes. Your bladder control will very rapidly decrease and its capacity gradually reduce. Obviously if you don't wish to wear diapers 24/7 you will get the occasional leak and you may find that wearing a diaper becomes a necessity (which you may not desire!). Also you will need mattress protection!! Hope this helps. 4 1
Ginger Posted February 9 Posted February 9 @DaveeBEd This is exactly how I made myself IC. I found that once I lost the majority of my bladder control, bowel IC quickly followed. Did you experience it that way as well? 1

Hi Ginger Yes something similar, I was always aiming for dual IC and although I lost bladder control first bowel started to follow not long after. I was probably lucky in that I've always suffered with mild IBS and had relatively soft stools which probably made it easier. Interestingly over the last few years I've had none of the abdominal pain I used to get with my IBS.
Cute_Kitten Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Staying well hydrated seems to generally help. Keeping the muscles down there relaxed and wetting as soon as you feel the slightest urge so the body and mind get used to jsut voiding when you need to. Over time theoretically this may help weaken the muscles- your body won't be used to holding large amounts and bladder capacity may shrink. Getting mentally and physically used to wetting in diapers from various positions. Mentally- thinking of yourself and getting used to the identity as a person with a weak bladder. best of luck!
