It gives me problems logging in, and the pages themselves seem to have various bugs! I've had an account for a long time that I've wanted to delete, but I can't! No experience with the site. But if you are paying every month, contact whomever the payment is through and have them stop the payments. If necessary explain that it is a service provider that you are trying to cancel and they will not cancel it for you.
