DailyDi Posted November 7, 2025 Posted November 7, 2025 The local "meat and two" place I like serves cole slaw they call "awesome slaw" made with a vinigar base, no mayo and with crunched up ramn noodles mixed in for texture. It's quite good, and I want some!
rusty pins Posted November 7, 2025 Posted November 7, 2025 Cole Slaw can be good, bad, too sweet, too vinegary, too soggy and just not tasty depending on who makes it. So many different ways to make the sauce. I like it not sweet, not vinegary and not too saturated with sauce. Probably the best I've had comes from Chicken Coop which I'm not sure is a local or nationwide chain.
