Amazon Indiscreet Shipping

Amazon is trying to cut down on waste by shipping more things in the manufacturer's packaging, instead of adding an Amazon box to it. This is optional, but wanted to warn folks to not fast-finger through checkout, as indiscreet is the default option. You have to change it to discrete shipping.

When I order diapers, I do so either through the company's website or from a specialized retailer like My Inner Baby.

I have never ordered diapers through Amazon, and now there is another reason not to.

Yeah. I saw a news article about this. I still find it funny, along with Amazon's "small" box thing. I've received giant Amazon boxes with small things in them, boxes when an envelope would work, and more useless packing paper than is believable.

I am too, but I know some are paranoid: live with family, shared housing, apartments, etc.

frustrating... thankfully many people use wet wipes / baby wipes, ive yet to be prompted this on a nappy order.

I ordered more liners for our pail. shipped in mfg clear plastic that clearly stated "for akord adult diaper pail", thanks amazon! Thank god we have parcel lockers so no one but the driver saw it. 

 

bigger issue is needing to empty said pail and the dumpster is (often) overloaded, Even putting it in a regular white garbage bag you can quite clearly tell it's abdl diapers when I can barely get it in there x.x

But this is just wipes.
Something a lot of people buy in the store without hiding it. 
They have so many uses, and the baby wipes are cheaper than the "adult" type.

Thank you for the heads up and getting the word out! I mostly get my diapers from Amazon or Northshore. I use Amazon for my Sunkiss Masterpiece diapers and LIttleForBig diapers when I'm home and want to indulge in adorable ABDL prints. I order my Megamaxes from Northshore.  Next time I need to order more diapers or diapering supplies on Amazon, I'll be sure to keep an eye out!

If you really want to save the environment, cut back on streaming services.  Data centers and supporting infrastucture typically draw a few hundred megawatts each.  Compare that with a typical DVD player that uses around 10W or so.

A cardboard box factory probably takes about 30 MW or so by comparison.

Just because you select discreet does not mean it will come that way.  I have had orders (nothing that needs to be hidden) that I selected discreet or,place in Amazon box arrive in manufacturers packaging.  I always select discreet because I do not need everyone knowing what I ordered from amazon
