Surprised?

Have you ever been surprised by a wetting?  What happened and what did you do?

Recently I couldn't hold it and it leaked out pretty badly. Fortunately I was able to stop it and adjust.  At least I was at home.

Yes, it happens these days, after a few years of full-time nappy wearing.  Mostly while I'm awake in bed, or when I've just got up, or when I'm at the sink filling the kettle. I used to get a few seconds' warning, but these days it often just happens without notice.  Of course I'm always padded so it's no problem, and in fact I'm happy it's happening, as having no control is a key part of being an AB, for me.  I hope and expect it will happen increasingly as time goes by.

Not really surprised, but I often wet while getting up from chair or shifting position. 
This happen way more often when wearing chastity and my guess is that the urethra don't get emptied completely.

I've found myself surprise when I'm sitting for a long period then stand up and all of the sudden it just starts coming and I can't stop it.

I've dribbled a few time when I'm getting up from a sitting position. Enough some I can notice the warmth.

I have had this happen quite frequently, If I'm padded no worries. But if not I race to the bathroom and hope I make it, most of the time yes. But sometimes not so much, and then a change of clothes or underwear. As I'm at home normally when this happens it's no big deal.

I think shocked would be more like it. I generally go through 2 Betterdry 10's each day and than go into cloth around bedtime. Yesterday I had to change very early due to prolific wetting so I put on an ATN for a few hours until my change into cloth for the night. We were on our couch watching TV and when we got up to get changed for bed I found that my diaper leaked so bad even the lower part of the back of the couch was soaked, my flannel pajama pants were as wet as the ATM I was wearing. I think I'm going to start packing plastic pants for over my disposable when I'm away from home now.

Been there! ATN should Be an acronym for "All Through the Nappy",  not "All Through the Night", as it allegedly means. I use them as burner diapers, like you do, fill-ins for a few hours here and there, and I've had results that are all over the map. They're never great, but they've occasionally been "okay", however if you're in a weird position, they are not your friend.

I used one package of ATN when they first came out.  It had to have been a bad batch as the top left tape on each diaper in the package detached from the diaper when attempting to tape it on.  I finished up the diapers using a diaper pin to hold the top left diaper together, but have never bought another package.  That was many many years ago and there are much better diapers available now.

Definitely when sitting to standing.  I tend not to notice wetting as much when sitting but once Im standing I realize how wet I am.  I guess I feel the weight more?

Happens pretty regularly for me! I switch between being shocked to not caring, depending on what I am wearing underneath my clothes that day!
