Repeatedly Told Password Is Wrong When Using Different Device

My log in info is saved on my laptop browser. Recently I tried logging in on my phone and was told the password was wrong. I assumed I had forgotten it and requested it to be reset. But now it tells me this whenever I try to log in to whatever device I wasn't most recently using. 

How can I avoid this issue?

We could reset your password with something new. Then after you log in you can change it again to something confidential that we don;t know.
