Hi everyone,
I’m sorry I haven’t been around much lately — I’ve been working through some personal stuff.

There’s something important I want to share about myself. Inside me, there are two versions of Jamie: one big and one little. When I’m overwhelmed or overstimulated, little Jamie tends to come forward as a way of coping and protecting big Jamie. While regression used to feel playful, I’ve come to understand it as a response to deeper needs — something I’ve been exploring with care and support.

Big Jamie doesn’t always visit this space, because sometimes being here can trigger regression. Lately, I’ve been learning to find balance and healthier outlets, but that doesn’t mean I feel any less supported by this community. Quite the opposite.

Big Jamie loves talking about tech and childhood nostalgia.
Little Jamie loves silly things like burps and farts, and has a very strong love for teddy bears.

I’m still me — just someone who experiences life in two very different moods.
I hope to stay active here, and I just wanted to be more open about what brought me here in the first place.
